You can steam keeping it in an airtight stainless steel box for few minutes.

This is good.ln maharashtra after rolling little circle we apply oil&sprinkle atta & make 2 folds to make triangle 📐 shape and then we roll it to circle,to get more laters to chapati &next day it remains soft.
I too make that but call it plain paratha.
