Hello sir, this video is nice.
It is the same way my parents have been doing from more than 4 decades😊 in my house. But we don't use banana. They mix Nandini ghee and safal refined groundnut oil in a bowl and use it for making dough and for roasting chapati. They fold it in triangle shape than square. And while pressing, they press to round shape so nicely.
Actually don't mix ghee with oil it is not recommended
