- This is a step by step tutorial on how to upcycle an old pair of jeans. I will be cropping, patching, distressing, bleaching and creating a wide leg...all on just one pair of jeans.

Have an old pair of my husbands jeans that I am going to transform thanks to your wonderful tutorial. Here in Australia our thrift stores are very expensive so when I need more subjects to transform it’s cheaper to by brand new.

100%! I'm in Australia too, and the op shops certainly have gotten pricier. You can buy fast fashion cheaper, which I don't like to do but why pay more for used?

Just came across your channel in the last few day and have been wondering how to best patch, in an artsy way, holes between the thighs on a pair of comfy jeans. I have tons of Bella Notte fabric samples; I also have been trying to come up with creative ways to use them. This project will solve both issues. My jeans are cut and now the fun part of which fabric samples to use.

Mainly because we started traveling a lot in an rv. Then I started youtube videos and love doing this🤗💕💕💕💕
These jeans are super fun! I got a box of 8 prs of jeans at a garage sale that i can work with! I like the look of the frayed seams on the outside. And it's much easier to sew the outer edges back together that way. But it adds a lot of bulk where i don't want bulk - i.e., at my hips and thighs. Do you have any suggestions for avoiding that?
Just trim close, but I don't think it adds much bulk at all. Have fun!💗💗💗💗💗

How do you keep I your scissors so sharp?
I don't do anything special except only use on fabric. I replace them when the start to get dull.🤗💕💕
