    Impressive. Like the way the line works with the pans shifting left as they get closer to done. Thanks for adding the labels to the video of the finished dish.

    Quick question. After every cook, do the pans get washed out continuously? Also I see a lot of residue of the gravy after it is poured - does that count as waste?

      Yes the pans get washed straight after each serving. Sometimes there is sauce left over from the dish which we either discard or if the staff are feeling a bit hungry then they'll pour it into a container and eat it with rice or nan bread 😃
