Landscaping Construction Explained with Artificial Grass Turf and Natural Grass with Sprinklers

What do you need to look out for when hiring a landscaper? This week we go over how a professional installs turf and natual grass on our job site.
In this video, we go over our landscaping journey. The first step is to make sure to know how many sprinklers you will need to for your landscaping. 6-10 sprinkler heads per sprinkler valve seems to be the sweep spot. Be sure to put in "kick" resistant sprinkler heads.
For the artificial grass turf, it is important to make sure your landscaper puts in CMB base and DG as needed. Once the DG is in, it needs to get compacted. Once compacted the grass can be rolled out and nailed down. Finally silica sand is added then flared out.
