Чёт я в шоке.То есть каркасные дома можно штукатурить....Надо это осмыслить
Rookies. Idiots.
That’s actually not too expensive. All thise tress. All grown. All done. By the way, thanks for the tips- ESPECIALLY the one about digging a trench. Greatly appreciated
Pretty cool you're giving the numbers as you go along. I was surprised the concrete finishers only cost $1400. Btw you didn't add this video to the overall playlist for the build.
Interesting that you demoed the foundation -- That's a lot of material (concrete) to have to throw away. You couldn't add onto it to build the new house?
Cool video. I'd been hearing the sound of the stucco sprayer for years around my neighborhood before I finally figured out what it was, lol. Lord only knows why we put concrete on the outside of our houses in earthquake country. It's just what we've always done, huh?
To say the sprinkler is useless is the dumbest thing I have ever heard. I bet if a fire burns your house down with someone inside then you would never say something so stupid.
Any update?
Hago stucco soy maitro por si quisieran mi servicio
En que area trabajas ?
Your video was super helpful-wondering if you could share name of pool company?
Did he just call out a 4” abs calling it cast iron?
And what about under sidewalk?
these guys are saying all the codes and requirements for sprinkler system. for the most part they are the same but they don’t realize that these codes change from state to state, even city to city
buddy you know nothing a sprinkler system and if there’s a fire in the house guess what you’ll be getting flood damage from fire department and their not shy with spraying water.
waste of money. when it saves someone’s life it isn’t
Mind sharing the contracted team to do the job?
Hello, you videos are so helpful, we need to change out water meter from 3/4” to 1” and the city requires the work to be done by a class A or c34 licensed contractor. Do you have any referrals and also how much is the cost. The meter will be in the same place as the old one. Thanks, looking for to your reply.
Great . But those in California are called fake floating steps. That’s simply just a lipped step. True floating cantilever steps require you to pour every other step. Pour and finish, then come back next day to form and pour and finish the next ones. Only a few companies do it
Shhhh😅
Is it true the home owner has to pay to upgrade the water meter from 3/4” to 1” ? Even if they are digging the streets of city property? They are telling us that it is 10k to 20k? Is there a way around this? What if someone cannot afford to pay this ?
Line size does not matter with pressure only volume increases
The best solution is to simply wash it with acid. .. that's one of the ways we did it before topcast... also why they call it an acid wash sand finish.😂
Thank you for the video! Super informative. I really liked how you did another brief overview at the end to remind us of the steps that you took. Thank you!
This system saved my two young daughters lives yes there was water damage but the insurance paid for that and my daughters lived not sure why this guy feels they are a waste of time.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Got a quote in VT for my new construction and it was $26k for 1800sqft
Bring back the videos!!!
Is this a scam ?? I got msg saying course to be come stucco worker is 1200$ local 183 starts on April the course anyone did it ??? Or is this scam because some courses are $400
Hey! I love these videos! Im looking to expand my driveway apron, but will def need to move the water meter. What did that cost you guys?
I added an ADU in my backyard with 2 baths but without sprinkler requirement. My plumber told me that we have to upgrade the meter from 3/4 to 1" nontheless. I was hoping to avoid this meter upgrade.
Why not use a mistype system
Thank you most informative video on the subject on TH-cam.
1. Color 2.Metal mesh 3.Brown coat 4.Poly mesh 5.Smooth stucco?
Our neighbors just started building "so-called"storage building near our land line. The only thing is: they decided to build it adjacent to our Deep Well. I talked to the wife because her husband said he couldn't speak English well. She was annoying. I let her know my concerns and she totally ignored me. The building is also diagonal to the end of my porch. She said they couldn't move it because they planning to build a house, too. My concern is that this situation will decrease the value of my home, and - if they possibly turn it into a she-shed, will they put a septic tank near my home, a sewer line, or chemicals that could affect my drinking water.
Did you guys put up cement board before the lath?
Why didn't you acid wash the concrete by the pool, its literally called acid wash not top cast wash, all you had to do is buy muriatic acid and a steel broom and washed with acid
Dumb and dumber over here
How about showing the process while explaining I didn’t learn anything about stucco😐. This thumbnail and title are Clickbait.
Awesoome
Typically, only one sprinkler will go off in the event of a small fire. Not all sprinklers go off at once, like in the movies. That’s Hollywood. The only time this happens in reality is if there’s a massive uncontrollable fire from some explosion or Molotov cocktail. The other scenario is in an airplane hangar, a special type of system, where all sprinkler heads are controlled by one valve.
I’ve been plumbing for over. 20 years and I’ve never heard of 5/8” copper pipe. Just 1/2” and 3/4”. And I’m puzzled by the potential problems and damage from insulated electrical wires touching the orange CPVC pipes. What special coating is this?
Love😂 😂😂this video 🎉🎉🎉🎉
Crap work the gun tract hack work
Hey man, I got a question and I don’t know if this dumb question but I’m doing research on the Chicago trade fair and I was doing research on this supposedly most buildings were made from Stocco. I was just curious if you could look at the pictures and tell me if that’s possible just cause the architecture, kind of blew me away and it looks very like Roman empiresh
I actually have a phobia of sprinklers
I'm putting a system in my house without any requirements because I'd rather wake up to cleaning up some water then never waking up because the smoke killed me and my wife in our sleep--damn California and all their hippy rules
I like your channel and you guys will succeed to millions of subs. Great content and new supporter here . I wish someday you guys are able to help me with some advice on how to remodel my house 😔
Ever hear of hopseed bush or fern pine? Oy vey Hope you don't get sued.
Congrats, muttonhead! You just ruined the foundation of the house and walls. You can't change the DNA of the plant by watering behavior. These are NOT street or patio trees. These get to be 40 ft tall with a 40 ft spread. The roots will lift up any cement around them. It'd be fun to see this property in 5 years or so. Look up pictures of Hermosillo Sonora México boulevard. 🤦🏼♀️🙄😆🤯
👍 Is that Topcast 3? Trying decide between 3 or 1. Thanks!
We initially did Topcast 1, (which I believe is the less aggressive one). Topcast 1 is harder to work with but produces a more desirable outcome in for pool side. It’s less rough on the feet when running around and swimming. If you don’t plan on being barefoot then I would just have your concrete guy pour you two sample 1x1 squares and you can see which one looks more appealing to you. Hope that helps.
Sample squares, each 5 gallon buckets cost 400 dollars
Hi is this company located in Florida?
We’re in Los Angeles CA!
Are you still looking for a company in south Florida ?
I wish I could pay 2 $/sq ft! I just got a quote for double that in Texas.
Always get multiple quotes, sometimes some guys are really busy and overbid a project. Sometimes a crew needs to fill in a dry period and you can get a good deal. Always shop quotes around!
@@SEFSU I completely agree. However in my area there is more business than they can handle and it just keeps pushing up prices.
