    Interesting, as R.P always is. I saw a clip of tony robbins talking about doing high fish oils and getting really ill from it? Im pretty sure Dr's found it was high mercury making him really ill.

    Why are we so focused on supplements when fatty red meat contains all of the necessary macro and micronutrients we need? If we're so focused on antioxidants, why don't we stop eating so many foods that contribute to oxidation and inflammation? Why eat leafy greens when they contribute so heavily to oxalate poisoning, and calcium oxalate stones?

      Red meat is pro-oxidative, is my understanding.
