Today i do basics preparation what you told after that I try using towel (replace of towel) that time 2 to 3 inches my foot is come up 😀 tks, after that I try without towel in that time my hand is not stay in Abdominal and slips so my second question is after one or two months practice it will resolve?

It depends on your regular practice, strength, holding capacity, mind and breath control. While holding the posture breathing should be controlled. Focus on each inhalation & exhalation.

We don’t need to hold the breathe. We just need to engage the core muscles and take the shallow breaths.
