Man the look on your face during the test drive was priceless. Killer build.

You did a great job on that tractor.
But I'm kind of surprised someone didn't tell you the difference between a sleeve and a liner. For the most part sleeves have to be machined after installation to the correct bore size. And a cylinder liner does not need to be machined. Every once in a while there's a deck height issue with those but for the most part it's plug-and-play.
The only issue I seen with the whole build was the use and might I say overuse of gasket maker. I know this is something that a lot of people just can't let go of but if you have the gasket there's no need for gasket maker. Manufacturers do not use gasket maker along with their gaskets so why should you? You used entirely too much on your engine if there's a bead of gasket maker on the outside there's a bead gasket maker on the inside. This bead of gasket maker could tear loose and fall to the bottom of the pan and then get sucked up by the oil pump. And heaven forbid if there's enough of it can restrict the oil flow completely or get stuck in an oil galley way starving out some crucial bearing.
Trust me if you have a gasket put it together dry properly torque. You'll be just fine no gasket maker needed.

Good job ! I'm in France and I have the same thing on my B6100.
At 6:00 : the cable must pass through one of the two holes in the sheet, but it's not very important ...

Hi Toluen60 Nom, I realized that afterwards about the cable. I didn't capture that on video.

    I enjoyed your kubota series.
At the point of assembling the engine, I was holding my breath timing the crankshaft.
omg what are your chances of getting it right, checked with only 1 mark.
so I anxiously watched whether the series continued otherwise I would have shared my fear right in the comment section.
I noticed a few things that I think you really shouldn't do and that is chemical thread locking on cylinder head bolts.
I would put that on the oil suction tube bolt instead.
I also noticed that you keep large parts of the engine very neatly dust-tight, but leave the diesel and hydraulics open, while in those systems a dirt of a few microns can cause major damage.
( see the hair flying over the open injection pump in your diagnose video )
All in all a nice series and a compliment to the camera man or woman. My guess is the latest.
And I think it's humor that the bolts are named after the key size instead of the diameter. A ten bolt is called a 6 millimeter bolt here in the Netherlands.
    thanx

Hi Jezusmaarsen. Thank you for your thorough points you've raised. I will ensure that I keep the diesel and hydraulic systems free of foreign material. Thank you for sharing. The camera woman is very happy to be recognized after spending so many hours in the garage LOL.
