HOLY SMOKES its Jim from Cold War Motors!!!!! Jim has the coolest stuff! Can't believe all these great Canadian channels I follow actually know each other, gonna have to check out Strong's Garage now!
I figured the two video channels had to run into each other sooner or later. I don't think he knew it, but Scott from Coldwar drove by in the background of Alex's video from the Model T race.
I love the videos where you grab Bill and take him along for the ride! He’s such a gentleman. You have the nicest friends and know the nicest people. Matt and Jim were great and so enthusiastic about their place and what they do. You have such a great variety of things on your channel and it’s the people - you, your family, your friends, and the people you take us to meet that make it so much fun. If you told anyone who knows me that I watched a tour of a garage and enjoyed it, they’d tell you that you were crazy! 😂😂
Loved the video, Agent Jim from CWM is awesome, he forgot more than I know and has a awesome sense of humor. He is in process of restoring a old Continental and multiple VW’s. Matt is like a Model T prophet, the restoration of the old building is phenomenal!! The work done at Strongs Garage is unbelievable, These 2 guys rock!
Hi Alex. Thank You for the great tour of Matt's, and Jim's garage. And for introducing us to their you tube channel. I've been a long time follower of Cold War Motors, where Jim, Matt, and Dave have been co-stars quite regularly. I also have been watching all of your videos, I don't always comment but I'm here, and I give every one a like. Congratulations on the new house! It's beautiful and fantastic.
Who would've thought you could find something this neat in Bruderheim ! Great people and such interesting old stuff, that is quality and long-lasting. It's like turning back time ! Thank you all for a great trip and visit ! 👍 🇨🇦 ✌️
Hey there's Jim he sometimes is on Cold War Motors on TH-cam with Scott, Dean, Tom, Miles, & others. Jim is Restoring a Lincoln not sure what year & doing a great job. It's good to see him on your channel Alex.......I just love my good ole Canadian friends...Y'all Take care of you & yours......
I knew it was only a matter of time until someone from Cold War Motors would appear and speak in one of your videos. As a career machinist and avid wrencher/ fabricator, I'm not surprised Jim got out of engineering and followed his true passion.
What a great video! I haven’t heard of their garage before, but i love how they fixed the garage up! They should sell merch out of the showroom at the front, as i could easily see cool t shirts or plaid shirts (or diecast) fly off the shelf! Thanks for the video Alex!
I recognize the show room. There was an old Chevy in there with a stuck low miles motor. It’s now in the hands of Scott of Cold War Motors . Motor is being massaged back into a runner . His passion is unending
My husband worked for a factory that made the overhead rail system. He was the guy responsible for getting the cures in the rail. He worked for Louden's in Fairfield Iowa, but its now ACCO Babcock but no longer in Iowa. They were first used in large barns in the 1800's. Mr Louden was the first inventor of overhead crain and rail system.
@@CuriosityIncorporated I don't understand what happened at all because I watched the other video and the sound worked perfectly for me. What did not work was the comment part because I tried saying it worked fine and the comment would not go through. I watched the entire video and gave it a like.
This was a great tour of a unique shop. I absolutely loved the black Ford in the show room. The interior is so classy. I really enjoy all the interesting places and neat things in your videos. Through your videos, you introduce us to people and places I would never otherwise experience. Thank you. 😊😊😊
Oh wow, that was great going to Matt''s shop and seeing some vintage automobiles. Good to see someone with a passion for antique vehicles, and restoring them as well. Well, it was fun Alexander take care and as always, "Enjoy The Adventure." 😀👍🚙
Great video visit. Visiting other cool vintage businesses should be a regular part of your video presentations. It's great to see people working to keep our history alive. And Matt and Jim are both charming and entertaining. I'm headed to check out their TH-cam Channel. Alex, thanks for the great videos.
WOW..I grew up watching my neighbour tinker around most Sunday rebuilding his Model T. So, I appreciate all the fine work that goes into it. Just fell in love with the Classics at an early age. My first boyfriend had a Model T & a Bentley 1924 if I can remember rightly 1932. Still find them so much appealing than the cars on the road today. Can’t wait until you start on your limousine. Hope you bring us along on your journey of fixing it up in part on TH-cam 👋🏻
I like car guys those guys are great , we collectors need people like them. I've seen Jim on coldwarmoters he and his friends make great car vidios. Great content !
Fun listening to these Alberta mechanics after all the UK and American garage shows. Love to see these guys start a TH-cam channel. I know it is lots of work that takes time away from what they want to do but Bad Obsession Motor Sports look out.
Neat to see this. I immediately recognized Jim as one of the stars of Cold War Motors. Glad you guys are making connections. Lots of really nice people involved with that channel. It seems to me everyone up in Canada is a nice person.
Years ago my late husband worked for a truck repair company. In his spare time he rebuilt transmissions. A pan that kept the parts in order as he removed them cost over 100 dollars. you know how much those tools cost.
Jim!!! Cold War Motors!!! You guys have to go see that channel! Absolutely amazing car stuff on that channel!!! Can't even begin to describe how cool Cold War Motors is! Alex, you need to do something with them!!

Yep. Scott and Alex know each other too.
. I remember when my Dad bought that car in gray when I was a child. I think it would be fun to own one myself.
You have the coolest friends. Thank you for sharing them with everybody

Coolest video yet! Great bunch of guys! That 32 Roadster - LOVE IT!!!
That truck literally brougt tears to my eyes. What gorgeous colors.
The cold war of agents versus the cold war of the collector very very cool all you need is Scott!!
this was a trip down memory lane for me. my brother had a 32 ford with a rumble seat and my grand dad had a model a ford in the late forties.
My friend's dad had the '76 Ford two-tone truck, it always seemed very fancy to do the two paint colors on a truck but it was the 70's!
