    The other night I was trying something like this and thought about how I can improve on bringing my feet over my head and create the movement that you just demonstrated. Very nice to use PVC with the feet through. Very stoked to go home and try this tonight. Thanks

    THIS! has improved my pike mobility like NOTHING EVER ELSE. It is seriously INSANE. I went from about 90 degree hinge to almost full pike in like 2 months. Thank you so much for this. I am also looking for stuff like this on shoulder/back/split mobility. Is there any suggestions?

      Thanks for the reply bro! I did STC and it improved my shoulder extension greatly. But I am lacking seriously on shoulder flexion, which stops me from even holding a head-off-ground bridge. I guess the lack of thoracic/hipflexor flexibility also causes that.

      BullB Man you can scale the bridge by bringing your feet higher or doing some wall bridges by simply standing facing away from the wall and reaching over your head and touching the wall behind you. Slow and steady

      I once did that and resulted in 2 weeks pulled lower back..... guess I lack some core strength too... thing is my shoulder flexion is way too limited (partially due to a previous ac joint separation) that I cant get to > 150 degree on it. I am trying out some band shoulder dislocations but they dont feel very effective and they hurts a bit.

    At the moment I can reach my toes but can't do a pike "skin the cat" to fit under a bar, gonna try the drill tomorrow and see how it helps compression.
