Do your research on slippery elm and oil of oregano they are amazing for diverticulitis.

About our heath care system… Amen, sister! I had emergency surgery in 2022 that resulted in what was supposed to be a temporary colostomy. I still have it. The doctors were never able to pinpoint the cause, they all think it’s both diverticulosis & Crohn’s I have symptoms of both. 🤷‍♀️ Anyway, my experience in the hospital was bad. It had been bought out by a private investment co about a year before my surgery. Barely any nursing staff & they run them all ragged.
Getting pain relief (I get it that it doesn’t stop the pain completely) was really weird. I’m in my mid 50’s & have been in the hospital for one reason or another a few times. I’ve never been looked at like.. I was asking for it but didn’t need it. I’m very tolerant of pain and this was the worst pain I’ve ever experienced. You actually DO need pain medication after having open abdominal surgery. 😢 So you wait a really long time if you need help, they have no time.. but the shareholders are loading their pockets from the “cost savings”. And of course, insurance cos never want to pay anything, so there’s that added stress. Things absolutely have to change! I understand the pain of a diverticulitis flare, I’m so glad you’re feeling better! 🦋

My doctor was from Costa Rica. He said it doesn't exist in his county. It is what we eat. The FDA and the federal government have been poising us for decades. They let them put so much junk in our food.
