I found the problem .The sifter came loose and was hitting the frame so it wouldn't push down enough.Still leaks oil but runs good!
+ebay anderson Ahh.. Sometimes it's the really simple things!

kevin fournier Awesome!
+Johnnysshop I need some help doing it I got 1993 Honda cr 250 2stroker anyin tip
I figured out what was wrong with my clutch. I think it was springs. I put a whole new clutch in it anyway...
Hey was wondering where you got those overflow hoses from? I was looking around and only could find solid blue.
A broken unbreakable lever? Ahahah
lol.. Yeah, the previous owner did a number on her!
As you do on any bike lol
My cable rigging came of I need some 1993 Honda cr 250
thanks!
just put some flat rubber like a gasket around your bars under the ASV perch like a shim
Good tip!
man i cant tell ya how many times ive costom fit a leaver. i cut the balls off of mine, they dont break as often. how come you dont post ridding vids? they would be awsome to see.
no when i pull it back stays where it is no tension, but my uncle told me the shaft inside the middle of the case has to be all the way out when you put the side case on. could that be it? i had the bike on its side so the shaft in the middle was not pulled out at all
Nice vid but do some more man.
it's leaking from the case and I don't even know if it's full of oil .Just traded my 99 Yamaha Warrior 350 for this bike and blew the gear yesterday riding it.
+ebay anderson Oh wow.. Where the cases meet?
why is the clutch on my 87 cr125 so hard to pull..im thinking it's the clutch springs..
when i put my bike in gear, hold in the clutch and try to move the bike, the rear wheel locks up like im not even holding the clutch whats the prob?
hi i tightened the cable on my yz 80 too much and when i went for a ride, the bolt that pivots in the engine popped out. what do i do? to putt it back in? do i have to pull the whole clutch mecanism out the engine to put it back in place?
I have a question when I ride sometimes my clutch cable will not work I can pull and pull and I won't work then it'll work again all of the sudden. Any help its an rm85
whaats going to happen with these bikes?
I noticed that when my bike is in gear and I have the clutch lever squeezed, it is difficult to push the bike. Do I need to adjust the clutch lever? I don't really know what I am doing when it comes to bikes. Thank you.
I need part #1
I was told that there should be a little room for the lever to like freely move back and forth a little bit. is that right?
Yeah, that's pretty typically. I like zero play in mine but that's just me.
ok thanks
So it runs in between the radiators?
hey man nice video! I was wondering if you could tell me why on my rm125 1993 model it is so hard to pull the clutch in? Thanks
He said, "No. YOURE ON YOUR OWN!"
Hey Johnny, I have a 2001 ttr125, is the clutch lever/actuator supposed to turn freely, I can pull it up and out with ease. I thought it was supposed to be locked into position, no? My cable isn't hooked up to it at the moment because I don't have a torsion spring on it. Any help is greatly appreciated
On some bikes the spring also holds it in place.
do you think that this cable would fit my 125 ttr? the only ones i can find are used and on ebay
Not 100% sure. It's worth a shot i suppose.
yea i bet. and if you upload videos of you putting around, you will see a whole load of haters comin to troll im sure. lol
do yoU have that asv lever
Hi I have a 99 yz125 .I was riding and it stopped shifting into first gear all the other gears are working fine .I can't even get it in first with the motor off it was also leaking oil .I just bought it .Do you think I need to rebuild the gears or just do something with the clutch?
+ebay anderson Hard to say but I doubt it would be a clutch issue. Where was the oil leaking from?
+Johnnysshop thanks fella just put my boyz yz125 2001 back togeather your vidz

Hey i own a rm 85 and im having trouble....is the clutch release srm suppose to swimg back into place or is the cable clutch suppose to do thst because the cable pulls the arm but it doesnt spring back thus it not shifting...can u help
So the clutch lever isn't springing back in place or the shift lever?
+Johnnysshop the lever on mine isn't springing back. Why?
+John Hughes Could be the spring at the clutch perch, bad cable, etc..
