    This 9-10 day was the worst transformation. I had headaches, mood was all over the place. Couldn’t sleep. Day 11 felt so much better and clear in my intent

      It's not about meeting people who do NoFap. It's about meeting people. Then, if you've done NoFap for a long time, you are such an overwhelmingly force of positivity, so that they get curious and start asking questions. And after that they get inspired and START doing NoFap themselves.

    day 3-4, day 20-22, and day 55. are the hardest one for me. its like there's dopamine cycle throughout life, and on that day was the lowest dopamine in my body.

    I feel like no fap gets easier when you don't have the time or the energy to PMO, boredom and being by yourself all day are the main causes of relapses, I say this from experience and from what I've read from others.

      Bro, your brain is not fully developed yet. If you quit now, you'll become a way much more as a person and human-being. I'm 22 and have been fighting with this for 3 years only to realize that it literally easiest thing to do from the very first day. I don't count days, I can't even remember my last fapping/porn-watching session. The only thing that prevents you from success is YOU. Only YOU and nothing else. It's YOU who chooses to jerk off or watch porn. IT IS LITERALLY AS SIMPLE AS THAT - DON'T EVER WATCH PORN OR JERK OFF AGAIN. Once again - it is literally THAT simple.
      You can say "oh you are not addicted and you don't know our pain" - if your mentallity is just like that, it's impossible to quit. Only once you truly believe that quitting PMO is an easiest thing to do, it becomes such. Only after that, not before
      There is two wolfs fighting with each other inside of your head. One is fap/porn demon, he likes to jerk off every day, he can't imagine his day without porn or slight of horniness. The second one is representation of your frontal lobes. Perspective, drive, intelligence, clearness from porn and horny thoughts. Each day there is a choice of which wolf you will feed. Each time you choose to fap or watch porn, the porn demon becomes stronger. Each time you say "fuck you" to the demon, you feed a good-wolf and become much more of a person
      The more times you decide to say "fuck you" to your inner fap-wolf, the more times you decide to say "greetings, my friend" to your inner wolf-of-freedom - the less struggle and pain you experience after quitting PMO completely

    It is astronomically easier when you have strategies for dealing with your triggers. You will always have triggers on stressful days and you will always fail if you do not a good way out of the temptation. Once I started helping myself with some strategies I would be on day 25 and think "when is this ever going to get difficult?" but without the strategies I would be on day 15 and question if the whole challenge was even worth it because of how bad the withdrawal was.

      @@poppolo330 there are a ton that you can find online but for me the most effective one is to just eliminate anything that triggers my urges. You will still get urges sometimes regardless and then you can exercise, do schoolwork, or the easiest way is to just go to a public space where obviously you will not be able to do anything about the urge and it will just go away naturally. Those are just a few of the hundreds of strategies that you may find. Another important thing is that once you get going on a good streak you have to make sure not to get cocky about your self-control abilities. If you let your guard down thinking that you can handle your triggers it will most likely lead to a relapse. Lastly when you do relapse pick yourself back up and keep going. Failure is going back to doing it everyday multiple times a day but success is doing it less and less.

    It is interesting to know how we all have various long reboots.
    I am coming close to 7 months and I started this journey actually almost one year ago. (Of course, there were many relapses in between)

    I cannot get past level 1. I’ve probably done “it” at least 7-10 times a week since I was 13-14 because even if I skip one day I’ll do “it” multiple times a different day. I am 23 now.     Around day thirty’s for me it was easier but I still had to watch what apps I went on cause u get kinda comfortable around day 30’s an could get caught by surprised which make a it harder cause ur not ready like before but yea the void is a real thing an I had to keep myself preoccupied so I wouldn’t get Too Comfortable

    there should be a system or calculation that makes a specific amount of relapse count for a specific percentage of your streak or a number of set days, depending on the severity of the relapse.
    going back to 0 just for a short glimpse, a very quick pmo or even a hours long binge is so stupid. the days should reflect realistically what your brain is neurologically going through. and on relapse, nomatter the severity does not reverse 90 days of progress, or even 30 days.
    i am not promoting relapse of course, i am going hardmode and thrive on it, but it seems like a nobrainer to moderate the setback of one little pmo relapse or glimpse etc. which would be a far greater moral kick than the actual relapse itself.
    so lets say, and im not a mathmatician or a nofap pro, that you are on day 90 and you look at p for 5 minutes and get rock hard and have a quick o. its bad but i would argue that because it was so short or even shorter than this example, you should take some 10 days off you streak, or 10% off or something. because after 90 days your brain is almost out of the woods and does not revert back to 0 fysiologically or mentally, far from it. especially not if you dont get full masocistic on yourself over it.
    that said i am on day 35 and i am not planning on going back ever.

    Day 1 - 2 is definitely the hardest... I've been in this game for more than 6 months now and everytime I relapsed, the brain fog keeps you from thinking straight and you won't have any motivation to start nofap, you'd keep repeating the same thing everyday again and again... 100% no joke... Advice I could give you is to get motivation from external sources like youtube or internet.
    The best motivation though is from your peers, so if you want motivation just go outside hang out with your friends/girls and realizing that your piece of trash and need to start nofap and work on yourself...

      I want to say yes, but im not good in monitoring personal changes. Although i did notice some negatives when i hit 30 days+.. the day before i relapsed i was so horny from morning to night time 2 days which is not really sustainable to keep fighting it off.. couldnt work properly, precum all day.. anxiety, cant fight such a feeling especially when it lasts all your day
