Hi- I wonder who told you that your childhood was perfectly appropriate or that the wheels have fallen off or that your belief that everything would work out is naiive? What if you needed to let go of that marriage to have the peachy life you deserve? Your life isn't over, the future can be peachy, why not? You aren't a failure, life isn't over. Marisa has some books and lots of free meditations online so if you haven't thought of a session maybe try listening to some of the free stuff on TH-cam. Good luck x
