Every complex (inferiority, superiority, etc) is a problem.
Most are trapped in their confidence (information, and knowledge). Be alert and present as it happens.

It is interesting that your clip today is about clarity. Just since yesterday, I've been experiencing clarity for a whole day for the first time. Generally speaking, the idea is that if a person is famous and/or liked by many, that this will give a person more self-esteem, and then as a result of this, that person will feel happier and more fulfilled. Human beings for the most part are social beings, they want to be around others, and they want to be liked by others. They will do many things to be accepted and be more popular. We feel that if we have more followers or likes on Social Media, that this could increase our sense of self-esteem.
Many people want to feel that they are important, that they are needed. Especially men want to be providers of the family. And sometimes people want to connect with famous or important people. I know this person! As if that makes someone more valuable. We already have inbuilt worth, so we don’t need to struggle anymore. We just need to act in harmony with who we really are.
Of course, as long as we think we are these temporary bodies and the labels connected to the body, then this is not truly who we are. And any self-esteem that we might experience from bodily accomplishments will be temporary. Obviously, we have many temporary roles with duties and responsibilities in this world. It is not wrong to take them important and try to do the best we can. But if we think that this passing world is everything we need on this human journey and beyond, then we will miss out on the eternal and spiritual, what we really need the most.
Everyone has experienced not feeling worth very much. In this world people are struggling always to feel that we have some worth, some value. We gauge how much worth we have by materialistic society's standard of success. People want their children to succeed because they themselves hook up with that success or lack of success. Their own idea of success is hooked up with your value. But there is so much more than temporary material ups and downs.
There are so many people trying to help others achieve maximum feeling of self-esteem. Their idea of self is the body. So, they try to improve the position of the body in society. Different people have different methods to improve one's feeling of self-esteem, e.g., positive thinkers or plastic surgeons. If your skin starts sagging and you think you are your body, then your self-esteem drops. People get new breasts or a new car to feel high as a kite. If you have a slow, old car, maybe you feel a little less worthy.

Sadhguru is right on point about our Education system. What's it's doing is just puting some knowledge into our brains which is not going to matter in the future. It's not making children learn to create your own idea. That's why people are afraid of Artificial Intelligence as it can take their job away which they hate anyway.
But still if you see closely, unlike Humans, any AI really doesn't know what it's doing. It's just following some instructions. For example, if you ask a human artist and an AI to create a painting, the Artist might draw what is in his mind or about a placed he visited before or draw a picture of someone's face he loves. It's Infinite possibilities of what he can draw as it's how our brain is made as it processes millions of idea at once. But a AI will only draw based on it's algorithm and what is there in it's dataset. Basically it just pretends to have an Intelligence but the fact is that it really doesn't. AI does what it is programmed to do.
Interesting differentiation between knowledge and clarity. But my question is what else other than knowledge can be more valid basis for developing clarity.
Now if the person does not have confidence, then how will he have clarity?
