These demo reels are pure art, it still gives me a lot of hope that we will see animated series and movies of that level, glory to the first race, the lizradmen!!
As far as i understood it, those are all taken FROM the game, means they ARE in it. Which is great, because they look PHENOMENAL, so smooth and natural and GAWD! You get really the impression it is a real life dino eating the guy in the weird emo costume.

I love the way you made some really huge animals look powerful and fast, but still weighty. You really captured that sense of chaos in a fight too, where both parties are trying things but can't quite get them to work, rather than the more cinematic "one person stands still while the other unloads".
Absolutely beautiful animation work. Not only does it sell the movement perfectly but the choreography is also really inspired. I would love to see this kind of work and assets in an action or action RPG game.
We need animations for the First game factions too! Grimgor, Thorgrimm, Franz and Deathclaw... would love to see Grimgor picking units by the throat, roaring and crushing them into the ground with his axe. Killing animations amongst the heroes would make this the perfect game. I’d pay another $50 just for animations across the board!

I miss Rome2 where we had tons of different animated executions on every unit vs unit pair, if they could add that with the skills shown in the video into total war series again it'd be so epic!
Its a shame I rarely see these animations happening up close, there's always so much happening at once if I just sit back and watch these amazing animations my ranged units often pay the price and get swarmed
Now if only you guys could update the animations from factions in the first installment to the new factions. Mortal empires campaign would be so sweet seeing the different large and hero units interacting with these amazing animations. I know it’s a ton of work... but it would truely solidly this as the greatest total war game ever! Great work, keep it up! I’m sure the third installment will have a lot of sweet new animations as well. Can’t wait!

Also, am i the only one that always thought the lizardman throwing his sword that has no tip to pierce anything yet it is used like a spear? I know im complaining on the wrong channel but i always wondered this, now besides the stupid fight styles, this is really great work, and the diversity is why i love this series so much
Man I would pay so much money for just additional animation packs such as Single Entity Model duels and death animations from sources like fire or poison.
Please make more! CA gives us less and less now a days and so we see very few matched combat animation with new releases. Vampire coast has none that I've seen..
