    I completely agree. After leaving in Las Cruces in 2007, I've been trying to get back ever since. Can't wait to find the perfect piece of property with you as my realtor Levi. Cheers!

    We love watching your videos of Las Cruces. While you are walking around with a t-shirt on, we are stuck inside because it's freezing here in NY. We will definitely be in touch when we head your way. Thanks for sharing! Can't wait to get there!!

      Winter mornings in Las Cruces can be chilly but the afternoon highs are usually around 60F. I wear t-shirts year round w/ shorts most of the year and w/ long pants and a hoodie if needed in winter. It’s really prime time around the holidays to enjoy the outdoors.

    Don’t forget the weather. Yes, it gets hot in the summer, but not like Phoenix or Las Vegas NV. It’s a dry heat, so humidity is minimal. No hurricanes, no tornadoes, no blizzards, no tsunamis (😁) - I have lived here 21 years and I love it. Plus, the people are friendly!

    Everything you said I believe comes with age. As someone who's now in their late thirties, I went from wanting to be downtown living to moving to 2 acres on the outskirts of our southern CO city. It's nice to drive 20 minutes to downtown and then back to the quietness. You said it perfectly I will trade more options for more nature, quietness. We were looking at Southern CO vs Southern NM which is how I stumbled upon your channel. We ended up in Southern CO, but have visited Las Cruces a few times, thanks to your channel. I'm sure I'll head south on I25 in the future again, keep up the great work.

    Here’s another Pro that didn’t make the list: No Allergies!!! The desert environment helps with that one. I can’t stand the allergies in Texas.

    Don’t complain about food options til u go to Deming, Alamo or Lordsburg. My PROS for living there is NO freeways & it is close to a airport. The biggest CON is that the Secret is out. Too many people have moved there since the 90s & it has lost its small city appeal.

    I disagree with everything you said, you are comparing this town to LA. There are a shitload of restaurants here. Unless you come from a huge metro like LA, no one moved here because there is more parking. There isn't enough to do. Las Cruces doesnt have a single concert venue. Roswell does. Alamogordo does.

    • @leviloveslascruces
      @leviloveslascruces  9 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Disagreeing is totally fine 👍 the PanAm center has tons of concerts. panam.nmsu.edu
      I think it depends on what you like to do. I think there’s tons of things to do here, not to mention the 7 towns within a 2 hour drive to discover. But the great thing is that people can live wherever they like and that’s the goal of this channel, I know Las Cruces isn’t for everybody but it is for quite a few people. We’ve sold over 160 houses to people relocating from other states looking for exactly what Las Cruces has to offer.
