Great video Levi. Very informative for those wanting to move to Las Cruces. I have no regrets about moving here from California. Less traffic. There are many trails. The food scene here is great. It's definitely a retirement hot spot. I have talked to a few retirees that have moved from California here to Las Cruces. It's affordable here. Gas prices are way lower than in California. Las Cruces is a small city where you can take a short drive to many different outdoor adventures. And my favorite is just looking at the Organ mountains. It is a very unique mountain range.
I'm a Native Texan, lived near Lubbock about an hour north. I was in the Army so traveled the world and found myself in Hampton Roads. Been living in Virginia for almost 7 years and I cannot wait to leave. Crime, traffic, rude people, toxic work environments, high rent, utilities, homelessness is very noticeable and tons of taxes. I'm headed to Las Cruces in a few weeks. I'm ready. Looked all across America and Las Cruces stayed on my radar. Seems to be everything I'm looking for.
Hi Levi Thanks for presenting this video. My wife and I live in Western Washington and are considering relocating to Las Cruses in the "distant" Future. Of coarse we have ton of questions.
I'm looking for a house here in Oregon, and I would really, really, prefer to do my own updating. I'm starting to feel like everyone selling a house in my area decided gray is the only color worth using.
Question…We currently live in Houston and are considering moving to Las Cruces. We will need to sell our Houston house, so can you handle both ends of the sell/buy scenario, or will I need to use a Houston-based realtor to sell our house here??? Thanks!

We’re in the grey/beige era. I agree

You need a local agent in Houston.
I recommend hiring an expert in Houston that knows your area very well. Once you find a REALTOR, I can connect with them to make the move easier.
