- Starting on the top end of the engine. In this video I check the ring gap and piston clearance before installing pistons and rings then fitting the barrels.

No mention of spacing the piston rings or oiling the rings prior to fitting the barrel.Did I miss something?.
Ring gaps spacing mentioned at 27:00 but blink and you'll miss it!
Didn't mention oiling the rings but did oil the cylinder 27:49 although some prefer do it completely dry, lowbrowcustoms for one.
hi Ian I see you venting your anger on new poor quality tools apparently made for a certain job that do not fit. QC there is none that is quite clear, but anyway its coming along nicely dispite badly made tools, anyway take care Ian, kind regards Adrian.

Who's told you to measure piston - bore clearance like that??
As for the cam follow blocks ...you need to support the barrels on the base flanges ..warm the barrels up to 100° minimum and put the blocks in the freezer. What you're doing is completely wrong and very likely you're going crack the barrels hammering away like that..very risky 😮
Bore clearance - perfectly ok to use a feeler gauge, unless your building a high performance racing engine!
If you have a bore gauge, that's great, most of us don't so we use the old fashioned feeler gauge method.
Official Triumph workshop manual makes no reference to heating the barrels or freezing the blocks so if it's good enough for Triumph it's fine by me! Some people use heat, some don't.
If you want to heat/freeze then that's fine.
