I am partial to designer raised vegetables beds. I think they really compliment one's overall property and adds a bit more character. Love the paintings. Good on you for supporting local artists when the opportunity arises. There are quite a few undiscovered talents there in the Philippines. Thanks for sharing the updates.
I'm kinda the opposite and require a good amount of medication and was literally just discussing that in our live stream. But if you need opiates or pain medication, it's more difficult to find available inventory than it is to get the prescription even though there are limited doctors that are allowed to prescribe them. You must find a pain management doctor. Then, the hard part is finding the available medication. But a lot of medication can be mailed.
Duke is a monster so cute! At our age we will not be getting any new ones. So tomorrow I will be putting about 100 goldfish into my compost. My catfish are becoming monsters!

Wilma and I got a whole series of shots before we came here. Shingles, tetanus, hep a & b, pneumonia, flu and of course the 19 shot with one booster.
@@buildingthephilippines How about RSV the new vaccine, Thypoid and yellow fever?? Tetanus is good for ten years, check their expiration date.
