More metal work on the 52 sedan delivery hot rod project

finishing the quarter panel, rebuilding a door, tons of metal fab and welding

I wanted to thank you for sharing the videos on the 52. I have a 51 sedan delivery that is being dustless blasted in a week or so and I will be doing these same quarter panel and rocker repairs. Watching you has already been helpful to see what I will be finding underneath. Luckily my doors are in great shape so no repairs there. Someone at a swap meet told me the Chevys of the 40’s panels were awful. I’m going to try the panels from EMS. They have a sedan delivery qtr. hopefully they are better. Thanks again

Just to ask how many hours did you have in replacement of the door bottoms ? The gaps looks great !

I think the door was probably the better part of a day, second one usually goes a little quicker
