Radney Foster - Texas in 1880

Radney Foster has written his share of cowboy songs and proudly carried the torch for richly detailed Texas songwriting, with "Texas in 1880" serving as a fine example of both. A well-known leftover from his days in the trailblazing left-field country act Foster & Lloyd, here's a solo take with just Foster from the Gibson Texas Showroom on his Gibson acoustic. I worked in and around Nashville in 95 and 96 and met a lot of 'stars' but Radney is the only one I got tongue tied around. His music and songs are beyond greatness. Thanks for all the good memories sir.
