- New Bread Recipe With Secret Filling! Super Easy & Fluffy! Can't stop eating!
Dough ingredients:
Flour 300g(2cups)
Active dry yeast 3g(1tsp)
White sugar 12g（1tbsp)
Salt 3g(1/2tsp)
Egg 1(without shell 55g, save about 10 ml for later)
Water 140ml
Oil 15g+5g(1tbsp+1tsp)
Filling ingredients:
Apple 1(medium 180g)
Lemon juice
White sugar 1tbsp
Honey 1tbsp(optional)
Water 1tbsp
Corn starch 1tsp
Brown sugar 2tbsp
Ground cinnamon 2tsp
356 F/180 C bake for 25-30minutes. After 20 minutes you can cover the bread with tin-foil to prevent it from being burnt.

I tried this wonderful recipe today (Happy Mid-Autumn Festival Helly!). Replaced diced apples with diced peaches. I also doubled the dough so that I can use it to make the peanut butter bread. Beautiful results and will be sharing them with neighbors. Thanks very very much Helly 😋😋😋😊😉
