- AN EASY WAY to make garlic bread NO KNEAD! Stretch & Fold method Soft & Delicious!

1cup=250ml 1tsp=5ml 1tbsp=15ml
Ingredients:
All-purpose flour or bread flour 300g/2cups
White sugar 12g (1tbsp)
Instant yeast 3g ( 1tsp)
Salt 3g (1/2tsp)
water 190-210ml
Olive oil 15g ( 1tbsp)
filling:
Olive oil 1tbsp
Garlic powder 1tsp
Parsley flakes 1tsp
salt 1/2tsp
Bake at 190°C / 375°F for 20-25 minutes

Usually would be one and a half hour if weather is cold, an hour or half if weather is warm.

很好吃的样子！但是30分醒面三次后来又醒15分+45分钟➕制作➕烤。时间上只能放弃了

Before rolling the the dough into the long sausages just before putting in the pan can you add some grated cheese or would this negatively effect the light fluffiness?
Yes u can add provided it’s not substantial enough to crush the air pockets made by the yeast. Sprinklings of cheese r ok

I dont have olive oil. Can i change olive oil to vegetable oil?
Yes you can. You can also use unsalted butter instead of olive oil.
