If you follow sharia law rules you will find that punishment isn't against the sin but against normalising with the sin publicly...
For instance, adultery isn't punished until you have 4 witnesses with certain characteristics or confessions

I do hate to contradict this eloquent newscast person, but women wearing coverings, being treated as second class citizens, testimony of 2 women equals one man’s testimony, women inherit less that their brothers….all,this is on the Koran and Hadith, the Sunnah.
So is terrorism, death for apostates, waging war against all non Muslims, offering the choice of death or convert to Islam, killing any critics or islam , Muhammed or the Koran, …these are all things Muhammed did or urged his followers to do .
For the source of the most awful aspects of Islam, of sharia, you need look no further than the Koran, Hadith and Sunnah . Muhammed told others to do these terrible things , and/or Muhammed did these did these things himself.
Islam is incomparable with the West. Period. To make Islam compatible with the laws, culture and ideals of the Western world , you would have to gut it, remove large portions of it …..the treatment of women in all aspects of life, the concept of jihad, and terrorism, eliminating all traces of being required to fight against non Muslims in order to spread Islam to the entire world, the penalties of death for apostacy, blasphemy ( or the disbelief or criticism of Islam, Muhammed, Allah, and the Koran) the penalties for theft, adultry , and the elimination of penalties for sex crimes like adultery, fornication. Elimination of the need of 3 witnesses for rape . Removing the permission for men to beat their wives, and women of their household.

I was just talking to my daughter about this news caster. We live in the United States and we agree that she is very good at non biased reporting. That's very good! More accurate than most we have seen or heard in those that we have observed! Good job - keep it up! As far as Sharia law, of course we donot agree with it for many reasons.

Palki has studied less on this topic. She is saying that sharia is misunderstood.
But the truth is sharia which islamic regimes are following is truly what the prophet envisioned and asked fellow Muslims to follow. Sharia is not god’s law but a law made by prophet for his own satisfactions and also to spread hatred amongst other religions.
For instance, the prophet declared a law claiming it was recited by God that said, God made it permissible for men to marry their daughter in law. This law was declared right after when the prophet married his own daughter in law.
This is only one example which explains how muhammad misled people. There are many such instances where prophet misled people under the name of allah.
It truly makes sense why the Jews called Muhammad ‘MADMAN’ and ‘FALSE PROPHET’.

Yes... but no too.. it is more complicated and tactical than that. Shira (Islamic jerospodens) doesn't need to change. It is already flexible and generic enough. It needs to be implemented properly and educated properly. Also, there is no nation uses Shira really ,it is only in name but it is still colonial. Since 1908 there is no one uses Shira. All those so called uses shira including Saudia Arabia or ISIS or Taliban ect... are not useing shira in it is real form as it was in middle east for example before 1908. Time doesn't matter the rules are genric that it suits any time. Of course in Shri itself the government can make additional rules and there is government parts not talked about as the people and rules can decide on whatever they like agree on. These are some interesting facts from Hinduism holy books Vedas which are considered highest of all the holy books in Hinduism.
(Book-Yajurveda 40:9 Chapter 40 Verse 9)- They enter darkness, those who worship natural things (for example air, water, sun, moon, animals, fire, stone, etc)
(Book-Yajurveda 40:9 Chapter 40 Verse 9)-They sink deeper in darkness those who worship sambhuti. (Sambhuti means created things for example table, chair, idol, etc)
(Book- Yajurveda 40:9 Chapter 40 Verse9)- Those who worship visible things born of the prakrti, such as the earth, trees, bodies (human and the like) in place of God are enveloped in still greater darkness, in other words, they are extremely foolish, fall into a awful hell of pain and sorrow, and suffer terribly for a long time.
(Book- Yajurveda-Chapter 32)- It has been said that God is supreme or has no pratima (idol) or material shape. God cannot be seen directly by anyone. Thus, idolatry does not find any support from the Vedas.
(Book- Rig Veda 1-164-46 and Y.V 32-1)- Clearly mention that God is one. Rig Veda declares God is one and that God is Atman, then why believe and worship anything else in place of real God.
(Book Brhadaranyaka Upanishad 1/3/28)- In Sanskrit- OM Asato ma sad gaMaya tamaso ma jyotir gaMaya mrityor ma aamritaam gaMaya Shanti, Shanti, Shanti.

The Vedas do not talk about idol worship. In fact , till about 2000 years ago followers of Vedism never worshiped idols. Idol worship was started by the followers of Buddhism and Jains. Vedas speak of one God that is the supreme self, but Hinduism indulges in worshiping 60 million Gods.
The ancient peoples of India belong to Vedic religion or Santana Dharma, therefore, they have nothing to do with the present day Hinduism. The ancient peoples of Indus Valley of undivided India were called as Hindus by Muslim invaders.
Hindu idol or deity or the temples are nothing to do with the Vedic religion or Santana Dharma. Vedic people ate beef. The Hindu practices of idol worship, temples worship and the ban on beef eating introduced many centuries later.
The distinctive characteristics of the Hindu belief system cannot be traced in the Vedic literature. Besides, although the Vedas are revered as sacred texts, there are many people in India who do not know what belief in the Vedas means. In most cases the acquaintance of the Hindus with the Vedas is limited to the few hymns that are recited in temples and household liturgies.

And We made ‘Isa (Jesus), the son of Maryam (Mary), and his mother Our (great) sign. And We provided them a comfortable and facilitated abode on a pleasant, elevated ground fit for living with ease and comfort, and there was flowing water (i.e., streams, waterfalls and springs-a feast) for sight.
(الْمُؤْمِنُوْن - Al-Mu’minūn [23 : 50])
O (My Esteemed) Messengers! Eat of the pure things (as your practice is) and do good deeds with persistence. Surely, I am Well Aware of whatever (deed) you do.
(الْمُؤْمِنُوْن - Al-Mu’minūn [23 : 51])
And surely, this is your Umma ([Community] which is in fact) but one Umma (Community) and I am your Lord. Therefore, always fear Me.

A verse of the Holy Quran states, " ..... this day, I have perfected your relegion and chosen Islam to be your relegion, "
As such , after this verse, there was no more verse contradicting the fact that Quran is complete.
After the death of the prophet Mohammad (pbuh), any Imam or any Khalifa has no authority to over rule the Laws as stipulated in the Holy Quran and nor there is room for interpretation for Sharia, ignorant corrupt people will continue to ammend Quran but Allah has guaranteed that Quran will never change and so Shariah Law.

If the host and yourself actually studied Shariah you would not be saying that.
The western world which I have lived in for the most part is now an intellectual and moral cesspit. A concrete jungle, a rat race where laws are made to exploit the masses not to create an equitable society.

Most people who truly believe in a religion do so completely accepting all of it and will not agree to changing it. Even in the rare instances when changes are made to a religion, they take around 50 yeras to be discussed and finalised. By the time the change is effected, it is already outdated.
