Man, that 278 yard shot on a pigeon was the single best airgun shot I have seen on YT. I mean the wind was ripping and 278 yards!!! Crazy.

I seen the distance on thumb nail and couldn't help think my hero not to many people try real long range exspeclly with a air gun. When I was a little kid I thought it would be possible to do this but the air guns at this time definitely weren't up to it now thinking about it I was crazy always try to pull of a hundred yard with one not being a hpa my best distance with a pump was 75yards I was 13 or 14 and talked about it for a couple of years with out A air gun videos and the internet I thought I was bad ass little did I no lol 😂 great stuff have a great one till the next one 👍👌✌️💯

Give poor Norm a break he has put up like 2 posts on IG now not including talking to me about my Dreamtac. Speaking of, so far it has been great to get used to even with a junk scope until the good one gets here no shots over 75 yet but it's coming. Thanks for the help Norm. Keep them coming guys.

That was definitely a great shot brother. I have been shooting the heck out of those 30 Hybrids, and will continue to do so, but am going to try the Hades for closer shots. I have two hybrids I took from a good sized raccoon I shot at 7 yards. Neither expanded worth a crap. One caved in on itself and formed a cylindrical shape and the other even less deformation than that. It really surprised me at the lack of expansion from such a gaping cavity. They were fired at 930 fps.

I just make them for myself buddy. I 3d print the scope ring and just use a tick remover magnifying glass attached to it

Are you using the same BC for the jsb king 25 (25.39 grain) as you do for the fx 25 (25.4 grain) pellets? As far as I've heard they're pretty much the same, but I just figured I would ask you because I see you use both of them.

I emailed JSB a few months ago because I needed the BC for .177 Hades pellets & they sent me a chart of BCs for their whole line! ...every pellet in every caliber from .177 to .35! If you have an email, I'll send you the pdf.

What final rear reg pressure did it take to push 950+ on the slugs? YES I know these gauges are not totally accurate!

My impact x 30 mk2 700mm...I have a shit ton of sluggs i need to shoot (hybrids)..150 reg, max wheel, and what fps you think would put me in the ball park?...never tuned or messed w it..880fps 110 bar now max wheel...whats a ball park fps for the 44.75 hybrids.

You guys were talking about the pop you get with slugs, I was surprised to get that pop sound with my FX Streamline with .22 Hades on a English sparrow at 15 yards and still getting loud pop on medium power.

On your 278 yard shot with the 30 cal. maverick, What liner is that. Just got my mk3 wildcat bt. And I’m hoping I can get similar results. Hoping to keep it under 1 1/2 inches at 100 yards with the hybrids. I can get them to about 950

For hunting with slugs, .25 caliber. Between Maverick and Impact m3, which is better for long-distance hunting?
I consider them equal for hunting man. Only benchrest separates the two.
Shooting a pigeon @ 278 yards equates to shooting a shot @ 2500 yards ?
Depends on caliber. For example my 308 would require the same holdover at 1150 yards

Thats the sniper version. But if you want to save some money the only real difference is whether the bottle is metal or carbon fiber. Cant go wrong either way besides weight
