Oh wow, so this is actually what I'm doing when I spend hours talking to "myself." I actually have done this process on myself for years and it has played a huge role in my healing and awakening process. I never really put words to it though. I would just call it talking to myself. It seems that my different parts just come up and start talking whenever they feel like it, and as it's happened over time, it happens less and less because I'm gradually integrating.

Just done this. Had 3 parts. A scared young adult who is was my wretching reaction to the unknown especially social situations. Turns out he wanted to be listened to after being embarrassed and was always being suppressed. Other was a very sensible school kid who was scared of his dad and being told off. Other was avery fun kid who was wondering what happened to having fun. They all decided eventually to align to work together. The young adult was told he will be listened to and was loved and appreciated and wants to help now with energy towards creativity. And the other two want to have fun and work hard with him. So all can work as one towards this one goal. At the end I feel lighter.

She is the only spiritual teacher that give people technique to work on themselves for free and consistent. People at any level of income can do their own work base on her teaching - I haven’t seen anyone doing that. Some are very good with theory and some charge very high for their technique. Her teaching require you to be desperate and honest enough to work with yourself

I'm so glad you made this, I saw the fragmentation video and I really needed more help to know how to fix this issue. Thank you :)
Questions that Teal asks Graciella (I might have missed some lmao):
    1. Identify the part(s)
    2. How are you aware of these parts?
    3. Which one is more dominant?
    4. When you sit down in the chair, dive in or channel that one part of you and become that part
    5. How do you feel about the mediator
    6. How do you feel about the opposite aspect
33:00 For the resolution AFTER you're aware of these parts
44:00 Final realization of how this parts work changed things
I want to try this process with these kinds of parts:
    1. Not wanting to do any sort of inner-child work and really wanting to heal myself
    2. Always thinking I am wrong and the opposite
    3. The one who absolutely believes in OCD and irrational thoughts and the opposite
    4. The one who really hates my voice/accent and the one who really wants to speak and express herself
    5. The one who isolates herself and the one who really wants friends and people to like her
    6. The one who believes that nothing is ever going to change no matter how hard I try and the one who wants change
    7. The one who is afraid of making mistakes and wants to be perfect and the one who wants to be accepted no matter what
    8. The one who has to deal with mental illnesses and pain and the one who acts happy and makes jokes when she is with others

I just watched this moments after returning home after setting out on icy roads.
Already I felt conflicted about these two parts of myself: the part that wants to go out in the world and explore, be with people and the part that wants to stay home and be cosy and quiet.
So, I did the work immediately with these two parts!
    Wow!!
It did become apparently so clear how these parts manifested within me were actually duplicating struggle that existed
incessantly between my father and mother! He, being the wanderlust...and my mom the happy home-maker/ garden tender...
Anyways...the father part was found to be a really dominating, pushy, impatient part of me.
The mother part, a deeply lonely, unseen, unvalued part. Also overwhelmed with grief.
    Oh my.
The mother part started to take her place beautifully and with a pen held in her hand, prepared to write.
The pushy, forceful part just dissolved.
I experienced the nausea and dizziness that Graciola (sp?) reported in her experience.
I am really glad I did this work so immediately.
Also, when the mother part was speaking, there was a huge internal inferno, a big, big, heat ....something was clearly being burned.
    It was huge.
    ___________________________
One thing I noticed in Graciola at the end of the work, she looks in my eyes like such a Queen.
A Maori Warrioress. One who dances and sings and her power is felt through her movement and song.
It is deeply sensual and soothing, gifting the community. It is very feminine.
I see flowers in her hair. And beautiful skirts. Lush vegetation in the background. And a waterfall.
And happy children playing. Her movement is naturally languid, like seaweed moving underwater responding to the caress of the
    ocean's waves.

This has validated my feeling of recently listening to a spiritual teacher saying that "You just have to come back to the present moment so that you won't feel the pain. Get out of the drama." She ridicules the parts that are frustrated, unloved, overwhelmed, lonely as "being dramatic". This video has perfectly explained why I felt repulsed by her explanation of "living in the moment". She's too scared to go into her own fear, anger, frustration and other selves blown into pieces by an unloving mother.

I did this with a part that hated my appearance and called me ugly and a part that loved to look at myself and loved how I looked. I found out that the part that called me ugly was there protect me from kids that would bully me in middle school on my appearance. During the session I became aware of when that part was first born or created. It thought that if he were to tell me that I was ugly that it wouldn’t hurt as bad when I was called ugly by someone else. The part that was confident was suppressed because it felt ashamed of loving himself or that he was wrong in doing so.

Jolene, We all are fragmented and have multiple parts. Peace is the result when all the parts work together harmoniously. That’s why it’s important for each part to be recognized and heard. There is a protector for a part that has been hurt or injured in some way. Important to question an opposing part to acknowledge her role and let her know how it feels when she interferes. This work is important because the end result is internal harmony. Blessings to you. 🙏

Parts work is the most powerful technique to become self-aware. I just did it and I got so shocked. There's a part of me that wants to go outside, the other part absolutely doesn't. It was always this huge wall between what I wanted to actually do and some energy just prevented me from doing it. So I channeled the part of me that doesn't want to go outside and I discovered that inside of me is an old lady, a witch, it felt like the witch in Rapunzel! she was keeping me locked and her biggest desire was actually for me to just live in a black hole where no one can see me and I have no fun whatsoever. She hated me. She said everything I do is wrong and there's something wrong with me. She was really determined by it. I started crying when I became neutral again and I didn't know there was such a part in me. I channeled the other part of me and I felt suddenly so calm, I felt like the color soft, light, pastel/milk pink. I felt like a milk pink river just flowing. I felt an inner trust, an inner knowing. I felt so wise. I felt so connected to everything. My body didn't feel like a separation but rather a connection to the world. Everything felt like it was part of me. I felt like a motherly energy in me, a comforting , gentle and soft feminine energy.

    • @queendom9491
      @queendom9491 4 ปีที่แล้ว +4

It got a little bit vague and confusing, when I asked her if she knew that other part of me. I got weird visions in my mind. First a vision of me comforting the witch in me, but she stabbed me with a knife. But it didn't kill me. Then I came back to neutral and I felt like the witch got stabbed, not me. I felt like she was killed. I wanted to channel my witch self but I couldn't, it felt weird. Then I imagined seeing the witch and hugging her, telling her it's okay and i love her and there's nothing wrong with her. I just felt like she was this little girl who got so hurt by the other people around her and she was abused especially emotionally she felt so alone and hurt and this transformed her into an old witch who just hated herself so freaking much and she was projecting it on me trying to keep me in a cage so i'd never leave her and I'd be chained to her at least. I hugged her and her inner child and I imagined her inner child to grow up safely and loved. At last I took the knife out of her back and I healed it with my healing love through the hands. I'm still hugging her.

I resonate so much when she says, "My father was going to hit me and I wanted to let him know that he was hurting me. So I disappeared so that he would become aware but it didn't work..... It (the other part) keeps me from moving and speaking because moving gets me in trouble. I can't exist right now. I know where I can't be a kid." And somewhere in the video she also says, "When I move, he (her father) moves". I resonate with all these things so much!!
Now at this age, I feel really self-conscious, really ashamed around men including my father. I just can't seem to be authentic, to be a kid, totally free like I am around my mother and my sister and other females. I freeze and disappear, to keep myself safe. It's like getting attention because of moving and saying something would get me in trouble. But then I feel really bad because I feel invisible, like nobody knows or cares that I exist. And I want them to see me and come and talk to me.

I had an idea of what my work would look like when I finished college and the kind of work I really wanted to do. I'm glad I finished college and got the degree because having a degree gave me more choice and opportunities. The next step then was learning about integrity , and how to hold my own integrity and not be corrupted by the world we live in. It was a practice and a game for me for sure, but I learned also to be proud of myself. good luck

I know this kind of work in the so-called „line-up“- therapy. My colleagues and me evolved to line-up different parts of clients. And it didnt stop there. We lined up spiritual parts, chakras and even non-physical beings pulling the strings of people who were totally unaware of that. This tools that are being presented here are genius. Just do them; this is a significant way to freedom and even to make the law of attraction work.

i hope this comment helps someone: i was doing this parts work with the part of me that gaslights myself and denies my own reality because it was taught to me in my family of origin during childhood abuse.
first of all i had to come to realize i was willing to gaslight myself and that's why i have attracted gaslighters and abusers as an adult. BUT this part of me revealed one sentence that i think has been running my life for a long time. Like an underlying theme:
*** "If i pretend it didn't happen, then i can have a family. If i pretend it ISNT happening, then i can have a family." ***
This part of me told me it developed as early as three years old due to sexual abuse as a way to protect me. As a way to survive.... and this program has been running ever since. I couldnt stop crying, but i've been waiting for this key piece to be revealed, i need to move past this and stop attracting heartbreak!

Has anyone tried a lessor known healing modality called "Farts work"?
It goes deep into the shaddows of ourselves and can get rather dark at times, but ultimately, when faced with a straightface and positive intention, the tension releases and a sense of peace follows. It's best and often recommended not to sit on any hard surfaces or eat heavy meals before diving deep. Letting go only scratches the surface, simce once you open up the root chakra, it's like a damn breaking free and a calm follows.
I am a practitioner at "F2F" and can't wait to assist in your healing journey to blow off steam and embody true authenticy!
