- Call of Duty: Vanguard is this year's COD game and boy does it disappoint. I don't have high expectations for Call of Duty but somehow this game felt worse than any one I've played before, but please allow me to explain why in this episode of "For Noobs"

Hey Macro I want your opinion on call of duty black ops 2 campaign it's my fav cod campaign of all cod there is and yes I played the first modern warfare game it's a good second in campaign but I still like cod black ops 2 better actually while writing this comment I started thinking, what if activision was out of the picture in the cod industry and it was all up to treyarch and infinity ward and sledgehammer games

Sad considering Activision wasted a year working on it when they could’ve worked on some way better projects, Modern Warfare 2019 goes to show that if you put effort into a game it definitely pays off.

The WW2 setting didn’t limit the potential for map variety. They just didn’t have the creative vision to make anything standout.

I noticed that too. I don't know if that is because they want to be PC and have no one play the Axis (ie Nazis) or what the deal is. I think that the PC thing has a point because outside of the campaign there are no swastikas (as far as I know) using instead what looks like the Iron Cross symbol for the flags.

One of my favorite things in cod was D-Day in WW2. It showed some of the true horrors of what happened and the dreary, gory battlefield was really immersive and conveyed the horrors of the battle really well.

I agree with you on the last part, they should just make a game like codm but pc, constant updates every month and a variety of weapons and maps, tons of cosmetics like legendary characters and legendary and mythic guns. They should just stick to that than rushing their games every year and make it terrible

but it failed bacuse it was 200 pounds needed a wire which was a extra 20 to 50 pounds and was less effective then just regular mines and could not be used to sabatoge because it was loud and heavy and you need to see it to control it it would have been nice in cod vangurd if you could see it from ur pov with out the magic camera and you could dwitch between the golaith movement and ur movement so you could follow etc

6:43 That is a goliath tracked mine. It was a real German weapon. The troops hated them though and I think at one point the Allies found a giant stack of 50-100 of them abandoned in France or Italy. The tracked part was filled with explosives and connected by wire to the operator. The idea was that someone would drive it up to an enemy fortification or tank and blow it sky high while being a safe distance away.
And I think they are made off of the mark 1 British tank

You can play cod mobile useing a emulator on pc but you can only use one for cod mobile gameloop all the other ones will get your accont ban on cod mobile.

They won't remove it unless it proves to not be beneficial. What I loved about Cod2 (the very second one) is how you saw hundred of soldiers fight in the battles but most of then die because of how ruthless war is. Each npc, even if they didn't talk, had a name and rank. You just knew that each of them had a family back at home that some of them would never see again

The only time is okay to say that something need more racism when depicting REAL HISTORY in GAMES like AC3, racism towards the Natives, Gta5,White Racism towards the Blacks and Blacks racism towards the Whites, they need some plot twisting like the bad guys knows the enemy is infiltrating, and then theres you playing as a N4ZI killing villages, making the players feels very guilty, like in No Russia, the bad guys outsmarted the outsmarting of the good guys that almost outsmarted the bad guys initial outsmarting

For me it was worth it, not everyone though depending on what you want from a game. I wanted a game which I can jump on my pc after a long day and shoot some people. It has the modern warfare feeling guns which are great in my favourite setting WW2. It's the Netflix action film of games. But I admit it's not for everyone.
The thing is it might be a decent game, but it's NOWHERE NEAR how good they could have made it, as well as the fa t that there are just games that they have made that are just better

I agree with the idea at the end but if there were a few mechanics that players didn't like then they would be stuck with it for a while, like if the engine was bad or other problems they can't fix then you would be stuck for a long time before they make a different one

The gameplay variety and the graphics are stunning, and the story is beautiful.

Immersion is way more important in Cod than story or realism. MW nails this, it has that grounded feeling of Cod 4

The Multiplayer and Campaign surprised me I along with many other reviews I’ve seen enjoy the campaign and the multiplayer isn’t too bad or too good. It’s very mid. But that zombies? Someone needs to be shot for that.

I was hoping that in this games campaign you would be a more of a typical soldier and not a super soldier like master chief message of the story Titan fall 2 still has the best campaign

Halo ce, halo 3 and titanfall 2. My problem with titanfall 2 is the story but the gameplay is like 9.9783452/10

No this campaign is the best one, based behind the scenes of the main war making those types of battles that were happening more noticeable because without it nobody actually realised what would have been happening behind the main war.
Yeah my fav shooter campaigns are tf2, the original mw games and maybe some other cods, and the original battlefront 2

2 of my mates got this for Christmas and were hyping it up for a week or two, and said they'd stop playing with us for weeks to play this game unless we just got it as well. But as you'd expect they got bored of it immediately and went back to playing with us after like 3 days, we still take the piss out of them for wasting £60 on it

I feel like with Activision gone COD games would be so much better but that's just my opinion
@@hassassinpapaya5502 Codm was shaping up to be great but then the Dev team had to hop off because because of the Indian government's laws and Activision then took over. The game hasn't been killed yet but there have been like, no innovations. Although they're hiring a Dev team again which brings my hope back.

Listen, the last cod game I played and currently still play is BO3, and got level 1000 a few weeks ago and I’m now looking for a new cod to grind again and I played the beta and thought it was a great experience (at least the multiplayer) and I’m settling between vanguard, Cold War, and MW. I’m nervous of the sweat fest SBMM will bring me but I’m getting one. Which one do you recommend?
I honestly agree with the zombies but the campaign I find to be pretty good but it’s just to short but the multiplayer is honestly really fun and I’d give vanguard a 8/10 just for the multiplayer

the campaign is boring, the zombies is ass but I have a setup for the MP40 that makes you move incredibly fast and that's how I'm enjoying the game
On PC the community is already making the game you described at the end, but it's on the MW2 engine. It's called SM² and it's still under early development, but it's definitely something to look forward to.

Tbh this is my favorite cod. Matchmaking feels a lot better than the last few games, less campers, all playstyles are viable, and it just feels good.

Multiplayer is way better than MW and CW. But Cod players are too blind to see it, they only beat over a singular problem each time. But at the same time after all these years maybe the new 60$ game should be perfect. Immersion and good Multiplayer.

From my experience of vanguard I think the campaign had some cool moments but wasn’t as interesting as cold wars and didn’t add new mechanics like Cold War did, the multiplayer is hit or miss but I think if they make good updates it could get better, and the zombies (I haven’t played much) just doesn’t feel right from a guy who played bo2 and bo3 zombies a lot.
I acctually really enjoyed the campaign ive done it a few times and the MP is pretty good but a bit like Coldw war in the how difficult it is to level up your weapons
the different ways he names call of duty is really just the cherry on top
They have some coll little known weapons in that game, I think that if they toned down the attachments and made some more realistic, added at least an allies and axis set of factions replaced zombies with something cool, make the campaign about say following reznov and separately some us troops in the pacific with reznovs story ending with the black ops one mission it would be good
I really am liking vanguard, it is pretty fun. Although it is pretty lifeless.

In the end when you were talking about the call of duty where everything from the best cods are merged into one you basically just explained cod mobile but i think that they should change the name from mobile into cod everything but instead of it being on phone ipad or tablet it is on xbox playstaion PC and mobile and you have the option to turn crossplay on and off

Personally I think vanguard has one of the best multiplayer experiences we have had in a while. The only problems I have with the game are zombies, the stg44, and the shotguns. 1 thing bf5 did pretty well was the variation of maps, one map is an agricultural village for infantry and a big open lavender field for tanks, with farms dotted around as objectives, even the most open areas have trenches, bushes and trees so infantry can still compete for the more open objectives, and there are 2 lanes that tanks can drive down at their own risk, with plenty of spots for ambushing infantry
Hit it nail on the head. When comparing BF5 maps to bf2042 and new CoD maps, I start to see why BF5 maps are so superior: *variety.* There are more infantry only maps (like operation underground), more infantry focused maps that still incorporate vehicles (like devestation) and more vehicle focused maps (like panzerstorm). But that's not all I'm talking about. The loadouts you choose when deploying all have their own pros and cons, and just about everything is viable. Sure, I can abuse the type 2A like a little b*tch, but when I get to a more open area, I'm dead. In CoD and 2042, that variety is gone. The layouts are essentially identical (3 lane garbage in CoD except for modern warfare, which had very complex maps, and *big* open flat maps for 2042) and they all make one playstyle objectively superior to the rest (running around with SMGs like a chicken with it's head cut off in CoD, and spamming vehicles in 2042).

Don't lie MP 40 with Drum Mags were OP as hell in World at War which also had 64 rounds.

@@ChandranPrema123 Also, I didn't deny that some German's were bad, All I said was that most Germen's main desire wasn't to try to gut the medic with a bayonet, or torture prisoners. I failed to see any evil Soviets or US in the campaign
Im not big on Call of Duty but I loved Vanguard's story. I know its not really historically accurate but I really enjoyed the campaign
