you're doing great, I'm sure you will be back down before the month ends. LOL that's right it's still a NSV. I gained a like 3lbs when I went away but it was right back down a few days later. I still can't eat or drink the way I could before on vacation so the gain hasn't been as much as before.
What you are experiencing is temporary water weight gain from the plane ride which can cause inflammation and your cycle. You will more than likely lose that water weight in a few days.
Currently, I am taking 5 mg and losing 2 pounds a week, but the side effect of sleepiness is making me feel like I'm walking around in a daze. I have no energy for anything, which is really depressing. Although B-12 is mixed with the medicine, it doesn't seem to be helping. I might have to stop or space out my injections so that I can have a more normal life

It originally gain me energy for about 10-12 weeks! Any suggestions from your doctor? Mine suggested a better multivitamin, but I still have the one day of being lethargic! I hope that things improve! 🙏🏾
Get some hydration elite packets (electrolytes). They have lots of vitamins, and they give you that boost of energy you want. Just add in a bottle of water 💧 many different flavors

I think with her stressful week the prior week and her busy schedule getting ready to travel that she might have forgotten to write down her 222.6 weight from last week on her paper.

Oh! That is a story within itself. I have been pre-menopausal for about 8 years. Very early on, I was placed on a hormone, but I got off after I started growing hair on my face and getting massive headaches. My levels are checked yearly but with my medical history, there is not much for me to do. Thank you for asking and checking! I am so grateful for this community!!! 🥰
