It's awesome to hear that you're having a positive experience with tirzepatide! It's amazing how GLP-1 peptides can make such a difference in weight loss and overall health.
I’m on it- it’s really a miracle in all respects… I have lost 25 pounds, I have major arthritis pain that has all (but minimally) disappeared… My cravings for wine, unhealthy food , etc. has gone away. Honestly, don’t hesitate. Really it’s groundbreaking- we are so lucky to be able to be around while this peptide (which is a natural hormone in our system not a drug) is able to be there to help us through this battle ⚡️⚡️⚡️
It’s incredible to hear about your transformation! It sounds like this peptide has made a remarkable difference in your life. Keep up the amazing work!
Accurate content. The Zepbound Tirzepatide I’ve topped out at 5mg dose losing 40 pounds in 4 months but the drug has reduced my obsession with food. It’s allowed me to change my habits, eat healthy foods turn to exercise for endorphins instead of the pleasure of food. I’ve stopped drinking any alcohol because I don’t crave it either. These are the habits that allow for health that the drug allows me to focus on. Adding in weight strength training. I’m a 63 year old female with only 20 pounds to go!
Wow, that's an incredible journey! It's amazing how the right support can change our relationship with food and help us adopt healthier habits. Keep up the fantastic work
Great Video I have something to share about GLP 1. About 18 years ago, I was prescribed Victoza from my NHS Weight Loss Clinic, and it did nothing whatsoever. I want on to try all sorts of different GLP 1 that, to be frank, were useless .I also had a Failed Gastric Band Surgery that was reversed after 11 Months because of severe side effects and only a 6-pound weight loss; at this point, I was on very high doses of fast-acting and background Insulin Three months ago, My Diabetic Nurse was approved by the Diabetic team to Introduce Munjaro, and what an absolute difference it made. From July to today, 3 Months, I have lost 17 kg, my Insulin use has Halved, and I feel good, not hungry. I cannot finish a plate of food, and I do not feel deprived Fantastic Medication for me, and I hope it is for everyone who takes it
Thank you for sharing your journey! It's incredible to hear how Munjaro has made such a positive difference for you. Your story might inspire others who are struggling with similar challenges!
Sorry you went thru all of that. Did you ever try a low carb diet before going thru all the meds and surgeries? Your DR. should have tied a lifestyle change first; I think. They aren't taught much about nutrition.
Great story to hear! I'm been on Tirzepatide(Mounjaru) from Swisschems and it really helped managed my blood sugar and contributed a lot in maintaining my weight.
I think the key to these GLP 1's is to start small (dose wise), increase small, and stay at the lowest possible dose that gives desired results. Once your results are achieved, go back to a smaller dose again. This also works well with your out of pocket costs, as well as there is a direct relationship to your bank account $ for the costs of these drugs.
Starting with a smaller dose and adjusting as needed is a smart approach that can benefit both health and budget. It's always good to follow your doctor's recommendations.
Tirz has been life changing to me. I've lost 66lbs in 22 weeks going from cat 3 to approaching cat 1 obese (still a long way to go). I've gained muscle due to being very mindful of protein and resistance training. My BPD has improved to the point that my psych wishes he could prescribe (I'm paying privately). The mental health difference is so vast that the weight loss is a happy side effect. I know glp1 can make some depression and anxiety worse, but I've found the reverse. It's definitely something that needs to be looked into as a nuanced use.
It's amazing to hear how Tirz has transformed your life. Your dedication to both weight loss and mental health is truly inspiring. Keep up the fantastic work on your journey.
17 weeks on Monjauro and 41 lbs down and my a1C is down to 5.8 after starting at 8.4. Food noise is gone and im learning new eating habits. I'm postmenopausal and hypothyroid.
19:53 I absolutely hate that statement: “If you stop taking the medication, the weight will come back.” So many aspects of life require ongoing payments, and if you stop paying, you lose the benefit! If you buy a house, you’ll have to pay for taxes, insurance, water, gas, and electricity forever. Want a clean mouth? You’ll be buying toothpaste and mouthwash forever. Enjoy the convenience of a cell phone? That data plan isn’t going anywhere. Like driving? Get ready to pay for gas or electricity indefinitely. Why should a GLP-1 medication be any different? Did I miss the magic Tylenol that guarantees you’ll never have a headache again? Give me a break.
Absolutely my experience. Dieting started at 13, being allowed to take tenuate dospan prescribed to my mum. At 65 now I finally have a healthy diet, I am slim and weight is a non issue. Mounjano since April this year. Lost 45lbs. Taking a maintenance dose every 10 days.
I am a 60 year old woman, I was diagnosed with T2 diabetes two years ago. I also had, chronic colitis and gluten and lactose intolerance, metabolically busted . I could not tolerate typical diabetes medications, destroying my gut health more. I went to an endocrinologist and he put me on low dose semagultide , ozempic. I take :25 mg once a week. I have been on it 8 weeks . My bsl is now a steady 5:2, my gut has improve , absolutely no side effects . My inflammation markers dropped. A massive improvement in my fatty liver . I am quite sure this medication improve microbiomes in your gut as well . I think there is so much yet to be unpacked with this peptide. I have also lost 8 kg, where in the past weight loss was impossible almost impossible even on a very strict Fodmap diet. It’s not an easy fix, you have to exercise and do some light weights. I do feel a bit weaker in the muscles, so light weights are very important. You really need to up protein ,I take a supplement for that. I have never been an ultra processed food eater and that kind of food upset my gut. You just can’t eat less junk, you need dense nutrition. The medication takes away all the food noise. I believe in go low and go slow. Has been life changing for me. Educate yourself people. See a specialist you need guidance with this medication. Fantastic podcast guys, great to hear some other than Dr Tyna talking the truth. 😃🐨
It's inspiring to hear about your journey and how the medication has positively impacted your health! You're doing an amazing job by prioritizing your well-being and making those important lifestyle changes.
Down nearly 65 pounds on Tirzepatide. I was within 10 pounds of goal and noticed my stomach. I still had a pretty nice size pot belly, so I added on Tesamorelin (GHRH) and Ipamorelin (GHRP) and that pot belly evaporated! Unexpectedly the Tesamorelin and ipamorelin raised my testosterone a bit and 10 weeks in I am now seeing incredible visual results. Lots of definition, and lines forming around my, abs, pecks, biceps and triceps. I am really happy with how well tesa and ipa plays with Tirzepatide. Next year I likely use tirzepatide to help with hunger control and go on a cycle of Test to fully gain back any muscle lost. Also since the GHRH/GHRP have worked so well with fine tuning I am seriously considering a 6 month cycle of HGH next year. Maybe something conservative like 2IUs a day. I am 40M FYI.
Wow, that's an incredible transformation! It's amazing to hear how well the combination of Tirzepatide, Tesamorelin, and Ipamorelin is working for you. Keep up the great work and enjoy those gains.
Everything has side effects, sugar, sex, exercise and just life in general, but what are the positives of the medication. This is why I love this video. He encourages exercise, strength training and accountability
You're absolutely right! It's important to consider both sides of any medication, and focusing on the positives, like exercise and accountability, can really enhance our overall health journey.
I started taking mounjaro 2.5 my thyroid autoimmune disease has calmed down my groitre has shrunken down my stomach cramps gone my mood feels good my water retention bloating all gone my asthma feels better as well as weight lose . ❤
As a doctor myself (not currently practicing) I was skeptical. I had been a competitive powerlifter from age 17 to now almost 41 but still morbidly obese. Did the dieting but with hx of thyroid cancer and now now no thyroid we can say I was metabolically challenged. Let Me tell you what Mounjaro has done for me in three short week: down 25lbs, brought back my hunger cues, decreased bp, no more snoring, sleeping 7+ hours, no more joint pain, no more bloating, minimal to no side effects. Oh I quit smoking the devils lettuce, no caffeine, and no alcohol cravings. Do you know how hard I had to fight to lose 2lbs let alone 25 in 3 weeks. This is a wonder drug and I will go up against anyone who wants to say otherwise.
It's inspiring to hear how Mounjaro has made such a positive impact on your health journey. Your determination and progress are truly commendable. Keep it up
Great update. Thanks for sharing all this information. It has worked for me, 32 pounds in 8 months. My numbers are in excellent shape, and I am more involved in my overall health
115 lbs down and A1C numbers of a non diabetic now….Tirzepatide has been the best thing that has ever happened to me! I’m healthy for the 1st time in my life!
Dr Rudy is amazing, a humble health professional who has inspired many. Following his advice means you drop visceral fat AND maintain muscle mass during the loss phase. the T squared & cubed stacks work, pure & simple. I dropped 22kgs over 5 months, took an 8 week break to reset receptors & built more muscle during both the weight loss & resting phases. Now Im back on it with micro dosing, my gym gains are huge, strength, endurance etc at 63yo Im the strongest, fittest Ive ever been.
Wow, that's an incredible transformation! It's amazing to hear how Dr. Rudy's advice has worked for you. Your dedication to both weight loss and muscle gain is truly inspiring!
Semaglutide works very well ! I have the impression it is not understood that the correct dosage must be applied to reduce side effects and still get benefits . Lost more than 6 kg in a year with a well tolerated dose while working out and being on TRT.
Thank you for the valuable, significant information. Hopefully receiving this message alleviates much of unnecessary concern people have starting their journeys. I have lost 52 lbs. in 23 weeks and have no side effects. Will titrate to microdose levels upon reaching goal weight, another 10 lbs. Currently on Trizepitide 5 mg.
Wow, that's an incredible transformation. Congratulations on your progress and thank you for sharing your journey with us. It’s inspiring to see how GLP-1 peptides can make such a positive impact on health.
So agree. Glp1 drugs may be the best preventative for many people who struggle with weight. I’d rather take one drug than a half dozen BP, cholesterol, diabetes, and more, drugs.
Been on TRT for a year and a half, put on muscle.... can't shed fat. I was offered Ozempic by my TRT provider but wussed out... I think I'll give it a try.
Retateuride is an underground grey area research chemical not an approved pharmaceutical yet. When and if it’s approved and gone through rigours of testing in humans then you will hear more about it. Be careful what you put in your body.
@ thanks. I’m going through my doctor. Praying it goes through & the preauthorization is good enough. Anyone know how to go about an appeal if it doesn’t go through? I have some ideas but I’m all ears.
Dr Rudy's great, people talk about GLP1s like they're going to grow a third arm 😂. There's too many idealistic doctors out " just eat a bit less & move more" forgetting you can't escape processed food being everywhere.
You raise some valid points! It's true that the conversation around weight management often overlooks the challenges posed by processed foods. Dr. Rudy does provide some valuable insights on this topic.
It’s completely normal to feel scared when starting a new journey! Just remember that every step you take brings you closer to your goals. You've got this!
I’m a fitness trainer and put on 15-20 out of nowhere with menopause. I said hey it’s a tool and I’m microdosing. Like 1/5 of what starting dose it. It’s helping a lot. My joints feel better. Food noise is gone. I did go up to starting dose but that’s it. I don’t need that much. Try it.
I’m currently on tirzepatide, can you take a small TRT dose to increase testosterone whilst on the GLP-1 medication? I’m normally doing strength training 4/5 days per week
It's great to hear you're on tirzepatide and staying active with strength training. For specific medical advice regarding TRT and GLP-1 medications, it's always best to consult with your healthcare provider.
Idk. Maybe look at if you were “high” on carbs or sugar all of the time. Whenever I would cut out sugar (including fruit) when I just couldn’t lose weight I noticed that I would feel a low grade depression. Then I felt, maybe I wasn’t as happy as I thought was and I was just “high” all of the time. Either I was eating it or looking forward to eating it. I had to look inward.
It definitely eases off. But the trade-off to needing to have your chocolate cake and glass of wine and instead lose 20 pounds rather easily is a miracle… You definitely need to keep your protein take up and make every attempt to do some strength training so your muscle mass does not decrease- It’s really revolutionary and the decrease in joint pain is amazing … there is a huge anti-inflammatory benefit. If your body will tolerate it (and not everybody’s body will,) but I am very thankful and suggest giving it a try. A Miracle peptide (not a drug; our own bodies produce this peptide, but obviously we are lacking in it)
Low carb diet suck but with glp1 makes it easier I assume I’m gonna test it out I need to cut like 60-80 pounds but I always fuck up on my diet hoping this will help big time
That's a valid point. Many people do start with dietary changes like a low-carb approach before considering medications. It's all about finding what works best for each individual.
@@balancemyhormones update already down 30 pounds since post. using semaglutude definitely worth it. Wish knew of it sooner 50 pounds left I think I’ll reach that by may at this rate. I do diet and exercise anyone wondering and I take protein shake to keep up with protein intake since my appetite is pretty much gone. but the diet is just like before white rice potatoes and chicken breast but just consuming half of what I used to eat!!
@@balancemyhormones already down 30 pounds since last post, using semaglutide it really is magic in a bottle no bs!!! But I have been dieting eating like I had before white rice chicken breast and frozen vegetables. Eating half of what I used to eat and have doubled my cardio. 50 more pounds to go I think I’ll reach that by may with ease
My first dose of ozempic caused me to hv a severe pannick attack, had to drink lots of water n eat an apple for dinner, its only on day 2 n i still feel crappy i dont think i shoukd tk it
I'm really sorry to hear that you're experiencing such intense side effects. It's important to listen to your body and consult with your doctor about how you're feeling. They can help you decide the best course of action.
What about people with no food noise? Those of us who is not over eating, dont have bad habits and gain weight gradually over the years and can't lose it?
That's a great question! GLP-1 peptides can be beneficial not just for those who struggle with overeating, but also for anyone dealing with gradual weight gain. It's all about finding the right approach for your individual situation
I got off of it and within weeks I began gaining weight. I just started back with my food seeking behaviors. I was so distressed and started white knuckling it. Then I decided that I didn’t want to go back to that. I started back 2 weeks ago and I feel relaxed again. I’m at 2.5 mg of tirzeptide and will pretty much stay on it. Why should I suffer.
They way I see it humans are creatures of habit, so try and create new healthy habits while you are on it, but it's going to be a lifelong struggle, no permanent cure.
That's a great question! Maintaining your goal weight and muscle mass can be challenging, but it often comes down to finding a sustainable routine and making gradual adjustments to your diet and exercise.
I would think really microdosing and spreading the doses out. Maybe every two weeks, to once a month. If you feel things are changing take it at times of weakness (holidays etc). Just a thought. Slow wean and random maintenance
What was your diet like? Were you getting enough calories? Were you still drinking alcohol? Water intake? Are you caffeine dependent? What is your sleep hygiene like? How much was your trt and did they adjust it as your weight decreased? There are a multitude of factors that can affect the side effects of the medication. I’d challenge you to exam those areas of you haven’t before blaming the glp1.
I'm sorry to hear that you had such a tough experience with semaglutide. It's important to listen to your body and consult with your doctor about any side effects.
Have you looked into cycling the medication to prevent the receptors becoming immune to the medication? Stopping for 6 weeks to clear the medication, then restarting?
It's important to approach any treatment with caution and to have open conversations with your healthcare provider. Your health and well-being should always come first.
It's interesting to hear a different perspective. I'd love to know more about your thoughts on GLP-1 peptides and how they contrast with what I discussed.
I am 3 months into tirzepatide and I agree with EVERYTHING Dr Rudy is saying!! I am a GLP1 fan for life!!! ❤

Good habits….
Agree with this Dr!
I'm glad to hear that! Dr. Rudy's insights on GLP-1 peptides are truly fascinating and can make a big difference in health and weight loss.
I felt like it took away all pleasure. Leaving most pleasurable activities feeling flat. Does this go away over time ?
Have you looked at microdosing ?
It definitely eases off. But the trade-off to needing to have your chocolate cake and glass of wine and instead lose 20 pounds rather easily is a miracle… You definitely need to keep your protein take up and make every attempt to do some strength training so your muscle mass does not decrease-
It’s really revolutionary and the decrease in joint pain is amazing … there is a huge anti-inflammatory benefit.
If your body will tolerate it (and not everybody’s body will,)
but I am very thankful and suggest giving it a try.
A Miracle peptide (not a drug; our own bodies produce this peptide, but obviously we are lacking in it)
Yes.That only lasted about 3 weeks for me.
No
Wouldn't a low carb diet be tried before meds?
I did that I even recommend it with GLP-1 as it works much better
Does the doctor still cycle his patients on these drugs?
Yes, Dr. Rudy often help his patients on medications to ensure optimal results and monitor their health closely.
It's revolutionary. But when you attain your goal weight and muscle mass. How do you get off without significant weight gain?
I got off of it and within weeks I began gaining weight. I just started back with my food seeking behaviors. I was so distressed and started white knuckling it. Then I decided that I didn’t want to go back to that. I started back 2 weeks ago and I feel relaxed again. I’m at 2.5 mg of tirzeptide and will pretty much stay on it. Why should I suffer.
They way I see it humans are creatures of habit, so try and create new healthy habits while you are on it, but it's going to be a lifelong struggle, no permanent cure.
That's a great question! Maintaining your goal weight and muscle mass can be challenging, but it often comes down to finding a sustainable routine and making gradual adjustments to your diet and exercise.
you don't
I would think really microdosing and spreading the doses out. Maybe every two weeks, to once a month. If you feel things are changing take it at times of weakness (holidays etc). Just a thought. Slow wean and random maintenance
Used semaglutide 0.5 for 6 weeks , made me ill i lost 12 kilo in 3 weeks , brain fog , dizziness , on trt looked great felt like a zombie
I’m taking. Glp1 and testosterone at same time, is this good to do?
no, will give cancer
Yes you can take both at the same time as they work on different pathways.
Dr. Rudy swoll
Dr. Rudy really knows his stuff. His insights on GLP-1 peptides are truly enlightening.
My Alt went up to 99
Ferritin 649
It's important to keep an eye on those numbers. Have you had a chance to discuss this with your healthcare provider?
Dear Mr 💈 do I need a 💇?
And still I’m tempted to
It's always a good idea to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new treatment.
But do governments want this longevity as how will it fund the welfare state? It will erode pensions, live longer work longer…. Just sayin!
It’s not about adding years to life but life to years.
If you can stay healthier longer it’s a good thing.
@@balancemyhormonesabsolutely. The point is to live a healthy and dignified life and minimize the dependency on drugs
Have you looked into cycling the medication to prevent the receptors becoming immune to the medication? Stopping for 6 weeks to clear the medication, then restarting?
Took away the pleasure of life for me , becareful with this remember insulins a peptide and that can kill
The only pleasure you had was eating?
It's important to approach any treatment with caution and to have open conversations with your healthcare provider. Your health and well-being should always come first.
Every thing your saying i had the total opposite
It's interesting to hear a different perspective. I'd love to know more about your thoughts on GLP-1 peptides and how they contrast with what I discussed.
