Hi I love your channel, so down to earth. I started Oct, 1st box Ozxempic, on my 2nd box .50mg I started 222.2 and now down to 214.2 going up to 1ml at end of this month, and I plan to split the dose. I am also using intermittent fasting as I find I am not hungry, so set aside a few hours when I get home to eat as much as I can get in that is healthy. I go to nutritionist in couple weeks so looking forward to working with her/him on what I should be eating and that way I can have a blue print. Well done on your loss that is brilliant progress🌻

You mentioned sulfur burps, how did you get rid of them?

I think they disappear for you but not the person you responded to. I have had that issue and when I look on another device it’s there or the person I commented to has responded, so clearly they saw my reply😂

Viking Therapeutics is working on a pill that works like Zepbound, Wegovy, etc. The oral medication VK 2735 (is 100 mg, one pill per day for 8% weight-loss in trials) is a GLP1/GIP combo. Medication is still in trials so I don't know when it will hit the market. Maybe for those of us who are at maintenance, we might one day in the near future have this as an option???? Maybe we would not have to take the pill every day for maintenance???? Maybe break pill in half and take it once a day to maintain weight loss???? Don't know, but it is a wonderful thought/idea in my mind. May eventually be a solution for those who don't want to take an injection for forever! Take care and God bless you!!! ~~Sandra

You look nice in the outfit. Make sure you are eating enough calories so that when you stop the weight will not totally rebound. You can maintain the calorie count that your on. (The weight will come back when you stop if your not getting enough calories on the front end.)❤❤❤❤

Catching the replay, but I love that you three connected; I watch everyone's channel.

Allanda I use a sleep ap machine also. Losing weight has cost me to get muscle spams from my head down to my waist area because I kept tighten the straps and ended up restricting blood flow, making my muscles so tense and tight. I am on my second round of Prednisone, and muscle spam prescription. I truly dislike the machine. I have been resized for a different style mask. I have gained 4 pounds so far. I am fine with the weight gain because it's the steroids and I will lose the weight.

Another good video. And thanks for your information you provided a few videos ago about prior authorization. I was able to get my prior authorization renewed and this time it is for a year so let's see if I can find the Zepbound in stock. Is the Culturelle a capsule that you've been taking?

May I recommend that you look to hold the needle with the bevel (if you look at the tip of the needle you can see a slanted cut-this should be up) up before injection this with a slow projection should help alot.
