My wife taught me this one. Stretch your head right back, roll your tongue back and click on the roof of your mouth 100 times with it. Tremendous relief for me.

Doctor, please feel free to express yourself as extensively as you deem necessary! I, along with many others, deeply appreciate your unwavering commitment to providing assistance. For those who may not be inclined to listen attentively, they have the option to fast-forward through the video, as it is a simple task. It is truly remarkable that not only do you possess the desire to help, but you also generously devote your precious time to aiding others without any charge. Yet, it is disheartening that some individuals have the audacity to criticize the extent of your discourse. I implore you to disregard their remarks and continue with your invaluable work. Regrettably, there will always be individuals who fail to express gratitude. May you remain in good health and high spirits, and please accept my profound admiration for your tireless efforts.

please don't listen to the people that say don't tell us the causes just give the solutions. That is a small minded approach. You need to know the cause of something in order to know how to fix it. The more patient and intelligent people would probably want to know the cause so they can find out why they have the problem in the first place.

I genuinely want to thank you for putting this video out there. I have a deep bassy voice, but throughout the years globus made my voice sound much more high pitched then it actually was. After some time, it almost seemed permanent, and it would haunt me in every conversation.
Who would think something as simple as placing your fingers on your throat and keeping your adam's apple above it for a few seconds at a time would provide such relief.
I have my voice back. This is life changing and I'm still amazed in every conversation I have with people.
As soon as I feel it coming back I just do this and I'm worry free.
Thank you Vik. This is tremendous.

People should in general take time daily, whether they have any ailments or not to always relax the neck and throat muscles, stretch the body, provide it with Pure Food and water, treated well in order it because showing your body love demonstrates self-care self-respect and self honor. We teach people how to treat us, so how we treat us is how someone else will. And when we treat our body well, it rewards Us in amazing ways❤

So how on earth do you convince your doctor to think outside of GERD (in the IUS)? Despite not having any noticeable or aggravating GERD symptoms, I was told I have it and since I didn’t think I had any real symptoms, I have ‘SILENT GERD.’ Silent? Really? Is that even real? For me, I am convinced it’s allergies and mucus getting caught in my throat. I’ve exercised and raised my head while taking a deep breath only to have a huge ball of mucus go down my throat and suddenly the lump in my throat feel is gone. My doctors here in the US do not even hear what I am saying. It’s very frustrating. They want to give me a PPI and call it a day. Thank you so much for a most informative series.

You can find a natutopath, functional medicine doctor or a holistic Chiropractor as well, and energy healer, sound healer Etc Reiki master.... all of that heals the body and you can do it yourself with binaural beats 💓
They don't understand our bodies because Rockefeller indoctrinated them and went after the real doctors and bullied them and threaten their licenses and defunded the universities that were doing real work for humanity. The goal of the medical system is not to eliminate customers😉
I'm glad you realize that medicine and pills only cause more issues and stifle and suppress they do not eradicate and heal. We have to be our own healers because it is our body that heals us, no doctor can. They are good for surgeries, Diagnostic tests, and broken bones. That's really it.
I'm a speech pathologist for a few decades now, and I have been wolfing down my food in between patients years ago not fully chewing it, eating too close to bedtime, and not practicing breath work exercises. Once I started eating mindfully and less spicy foods, loving my body by taking time to think positive thoughts while I ate and make it a pleasant break in my day and meditative experience..... my symptoms of a throat tickle and throat clearing and even a vocal fold nodule went away on its own., meditation and breathwork is key because once you listen to your body ..which is your inner child it will tell you exactly what it needs❤ getting barefoot in nature which is grounding and pulling inflammation from the body is key as well, you can also buy a grounding mat... earthing.com was good site.
If you're doing anything from a place other than love, it means you're sitting in fear. There is nothing to fear, we create our own illness and disease and we are the ones that heal it.
If we have poor eating behaviors... or we allow low vibrational things around us whether it be Environmental toxins, chemicals in our personal hygiene products, negative people, news programs, etc it's because of a lack of love for self.
when we love ourselves first and foremost --which we must do in order to be able to give anything to another-- we behave and think and speak in ways based in love. And the body will reward us when we do that.❤
When we heal ourselves, we heal others as well😊

Never Outsource your power, always listen to your instincts and your gut because that is your higher self speaking to you, your inner child... which is where the wisdom is. Never doubt those first instincts.
just because someone has a license doesn't mean they know their body more than you do, I'm a speech language pathologist and I've learned it does not take a degree to have wisdom and instincts. I've watched old school Off the Grid Farmers know more than any doctor with a license... and children have more common sense and simple wisdom than any adult.❤

@@LearningGrace I absolutely agree with you. I have seen about four specialist who are supposed to be the best in their field. They said nothing was wrong with me and if I should take OTC medicine for the GERD, which I don’t have. I have post nasal drip, which causes my itchy throat, constant coughing, and always feel like something is stuck in my throat. I have not had a good night sleep since my symptoms started, which was August 2021. The last time I saw a specialist about my symptoms as last year, I left crying because she was extremely rude and said that I was not being honest, did not even bother to review my file.

Scared stiff I have something more sinister, especially as I'm about to get on a long haul flight tomorrow. However, your videos have made me relax that it's common, if very annoying. Good afternoon doctor and thank you beforehand for your time.
I have this sensation the last almost 3 months now. After blood tests including thyroid, carotid arteries triplex, ENT laryngoscopy and one Gastroscopy, all clear, I still have it. Only my gastroscopy showed a gastritis but nothing worrying and I don't think that this is relevant to this feeling. I am eating and drinking normally without any difficulty. I have this 24/7 and sometimes I can not stand it. I am drinking generally in my every day life at least 2 Liters water. Any advice would be of great appreciation by my side.

Mendesohn Maneuver involves holding your larynx up for a few seconds, which is what he's describing when you can swallow and hold the position. With children, we take a straw and have them hold small pieces of tissue or cut-up paper try to suck them up and hold them at the tip of the straw for a few seconds❤

Very interesting I went to ent few months ago for silent reflux I had already started taking reflux raft which has a Alginate in it he basically said take it more often I was taking it once a day but he also had me meet with a voice specialist and wanted me to see her multiple times I didn’t see the point I figured once the lpr was gone the voice would be better thx for the explanation my dr wasn’t very clear on how the voice specialist would help.

And my right side tonsil swells before 3 years ago. And i was careful about itand i was fine.. but before 3 days i feel like something stack in my throat but there's no pain. But it's so uncomfortable. I was so worried what happened to me. Then i got this video thanks to you... Does hot drinks work?

    Hello and respect doctor👋🤝
If we suppose that throat tightness is because of rush adrenal and cortisol and a little bit gerd(tests are okay but panic disorder and anxiety are there 😊 ). Can you tell me from your experience, have you ever have big connection with throat tightness and excessive yawning, wich make me crazy? Maybe that is mechanism of body to relase that tension 🤔...
    Thanks a lot

    Hi,
Thank you so much for your help. Are you planning to have another public event anytime from March 2024?
I experience surges of what I think is adrenaline all through my body, it literally floods all through every part of my body. It happens every single night on bed and wakes me up but it happens daytimes too. It feels like it is adrenaline because it feels like when you get "butterflies" in the stomach when excited like when on a bicycle as a child, or going over humps in the road (that's how I remember it). It feels like I am falling out of a plane without a parachute with a fear feeling too. Although this is all through my body, it even goes right from the centre of my body and reaches the ends of my fingers and toes. I suffer from CPTSD too, which has worsened over recent years.
I wonder if the lump in my throat is linked to the surge of adrenaline, or is it raised cortisol?
    Kindest regards
    Louise

A good bit went down my throat and I can't get it back out. All day now I have had a lump in my throat. Should I go to urgent care or will my body get it out on its own?

It has been about a month and the sensation still there. everytime I eat specially meat I feel like some of the meat still stuck there, and it takes sometime for the sensation to go away. ocassionaly when I swallow it hurts on the right or left bottom side of the throat. It also feels like if i had mucus stck so sometimes i might try to spit it out to try to get rid of the sensation. i am not really sure where is coming from, i do consider myself an anxious person and i tend to get acid reflux often, i also have nail psoriasis and dandruff on my scalp if that helps come up with the cause. Any thoughts, or advise?
