How do you pause in case you have to flip midway? I currently have to reset temp and timer each time I open to flip midway...

That is strange. Mine stays at the temp and time when I pulled it out to turn chicken or whatever I'm making.

Don't press the power button. Just remove the try and put it back. It should resume where it last left off.

Hi. When making chicken or meat. Always just take it out mid way and turn whatever you are making to make sure it gets and even cook. So far my favorite thing to cook in it is wings. Enjoy.
