Hey, I got mine yesterday but it wont let me switch between modes. Also when pressing any of the modes, sometimes it works sometimes it doesnt. Can you help me?

I just bought mine and it goes off as soon as I powers it, though the voltage it's a bit low, it doesnt work with a low voltage or their is something wrong with the air fryer?

Some of the recipes I've changed a little to improve the taste. For instance, for french fries which call for no oil, I spray them with olive oil and season them with salt and pepper. They come out great! It makes the best toast I have ever eaten. The recipe I use calls for lightly buttering both sides of the bread. It calls for cooking at 400 degrees for 5 minutes on one side and then 2 minutes on the other side. This time has a lot to do with the kind of bread you are using...so keep an eye on it. Also, the fans in this Ninja are a lot stronger than other air fryers. So lay a metal spoon or something on the bread to keep it from flying around. It's a little extra work to use your Ninja as a toaster but it is worth it!

Hi. None of my pre set buttons work? Only 3 buttons work. On/off - reservation ' function. Are the rest of the buttons just for decoration?
On some models preset buttons are just a decoration. Use function instead
Does it say a loud *BEEP* sound every time you touch the functions ? Or is it SILENT ??

It works after setting temperture and time but after 5mn there is a long beep and it doesn't work anymore.we have to turn off and restsrt after 15 mn then the same problem occurs

Do you put silicone liners or silicone air fryer pans ontop of the grill or directly on the base without the grill?

Just click on timing. Once it starts. Click on the power button so the screen comes up again. Then click on the temp/time button and set as desired
