OMG, this is very ambitious.
I have been doing dynamic neuromusuclar stabilization exercises. A series of exercises to help me with my stability and posture developed by physiotherapists in Prague. I think they have really helped me with my posture.

Dear Egils, I saw on some dance competitions how dancers perform Oversway while dancing Slow or even Viennese Waltz. Does this move even allowed in those dances? And how would you connect it with other figures? From which move would you enter the Oversway in Waltz?
Arclight, thanks for you question. Line figures are alowed in free classes so they are alowed in all dances. Question is about Viennese Waltz, because in this dance, different dance federations have different rules.
