Balance is amazing, must be down to core strength, doing things slower is a lot harder... If I was to point my toes like you both did i would more than likely get cramp on my toes and calf muscle.. But nice one you both did amazingly 😁😘

The lady’s right knee is twisted in your demo of Throwaway Oversway, do you think it’s dangerous for the lady’s knee?

Her right knee is pointing in the same direction of her toes... while her upper torso twists to her left - seems fine to me 👀
