I have seen some people suggesting that eating more (say 5 or 6) smaller meals a day is better than eating 3 regular meals. They say that larger meals increase glucose (and therefore insulin secretion) more than smaller meals. Smaller quantities of insulin secretion more frequently is better than larger quantities 3 times a day. Is this true, especially in the long term management of diabetes ? Thanks !

I previously had the first Bell's palsy in 2021 and it resolved after treatment and at that time, I didn't had blood sugar. Now, after my second bell's palsy, I got diabetic and I am weighing 97 kg.
