Very informative and appreciated. I have been a diabetic for 25 yrs and make it a point to swallow the seeds of a ripe Hawaii papaya to prevent kidney and gall bladder stones. It has worked so far. If you start feeling an intense pain in the kidney area, try my advise, failing which, to get scanned by a doctor.

Your lectures are useful and highly informative. I am a type 2 diabetic patient. Though my munbers are 110 and 140 tre and post respectively I am suffering from tingling sensation of the feet and sole. I'm a diabetic for the last 12 years .My HBA1c levels are between 5 to 6 and have been following my Diabetologist's advise on food and medication ( VILDANEX M FORTE 50/1000). PL guide me as how to control, reduce the tingling sensations on my feet. It also has a burning sensation.

Recently he developed pain in the lower legs with corn like growth on the sole of one foot. We did not know whom to consult. Very good information. I am type 2 diabetic for last 20yrs and my age is 62. I used to conduct trimonthly all regular tests. By Diabatic is intermittently controlled but oral doses keep on increasing by my treating physician in AIIMS, BHUBANESWAR. They have never suggested for urinary bladder and prostate test. Should I undergo. Presently I am taking following medicine
1.Glymet GP2 forte twice
2.Janumet 50/500mg after lunch

Sir, what are the symptoms, if the prostate gland is enlarged. I get urinal sensation and used to urinate every one hour. In the morning this sensation is very high. In evening, at some times I get feelings os shivering after urged urination.

Thank you doctor for sharing such wonderful information. Sir had my PSA checked. It was raising from 2 to 5 and doctor suggested to go for MRI scan which detected prostate tumor and also done biopsy. Doctor suggested me to go for surgery which I did. Even after surgery my PSA is increasing. It is now 3 years since I did surgery and my PSA level raised from .059 to .713 today. What is to be done in such case. Please advise

Thanks for your lecture and lessons about diabetic.. I am really frank to see here. I am writing this comment from Somalia.... I have blood sugar.. every day in the morning before the meal I checked my blood and got 240 or 208 if I even use any thing at night without taking a pills... I made any sports and regularly walking about 9km per day... and my blood sugar become constantly in the morning 200 and above not 300... so what I can do to reduce my blood sugar.... thank you
