yes they have extra m.2 ssd slots. My Acer Nitro 5 does have some heating issues but doesnt affect gameplay. It has RTX 3060 6GB, Ryzen 5 5600H, 16GB Ram, 256 GB SSD, 1 TB HDD, extra ram and ssd slots. 90 celsius cpu temp wont go above dat no matter what which is great

Actually they do make gaming laptops that you can actually upgrade the graphics card inside of them. But that would require disassembling the whole computer almost they actually do make special graphics cards for laptops you can also use an external graphics card on your laptop too I believe that would even work if you hooked up a separate monitor to it

@Quti piez no no ima tell you a story, My msi gaming laptop i play a lot of heavy games on it like ghost recon battlefield shadow of the tomb raider and forza, and it has never exceeded 75 degrees on the cpu and the graphics card always stays around the mid 50,s while gaming, and that is without cooler boost on, cooler boost is basically cpu fan 7300 rpm and graphic card 6000rpm, sure it is loud but its not a problem when gaming with a headset. So i would say that msi,s laptops are the real deal!
what kind of gaming laptop do u have that you can easily take it around with and even to class? because i want to get a laptop rather than desktop but most (if not all ) gaming laptops are so heavy and bulky and generally just not easy to carry around :/ also, i heard the thicker the better when it comes to gaming laptops, because the thinner smaller ones may be more easily portable and convenient but also tend to be lacking (like heating up too much too quickly) and have lower specs such as lower memory or battery life and if they are easily portable and good quality gaming laptops then they are above $1000 which i know most of us cant afford :/

and if they are easily portable and good quality gaming laptops then they are above $1000 which i know most of us cant afford :/
