wow a method that actually works! When i do this exercise while bringing my head back in position i can actually feel and hear a pop or clicking sound usually on the left side of the head/neck which is also the same side most of my migraines seems to occur on for some reason and usually it begins in the morning when i wake up from sleep. Migraines ruins the day and sometimes it can be so bad i just want to turn off the lights and close my eyes inside a room of darkness as being around bright lights makes the symptoms worse. Migraines might cause me to feel nausea and even vomit if the headache is getting too intense. It's like you feel the need to go to the bathroom and prepare yourself to vomit in front of the toilet which is a very unpleasant feeling. I rarely have migraines anymore but you never know when they shows up so i keep this video in mind. I want to say thank you for the relief of the migraine headache and give it a well deserved thumbs up 👍

Are you supposed to repeat the exercises (if so how many seconds do you hold your head towards wall) or do you do it once and hold it for 3 to 5 minutes without moving?

I have moderate scoliosis loss of curvature in c spine and MS. Please help migraines. I know my left shoulder and neck cause them but I can be fine go to sleep in any position wake up with swollen shoulder stiff knotted neck and migraine that lasts for days

You will want to do this for reps with a 10 second hold. Let me know how it goes.

Both! It is the movement of smooching your head into your torso and as a result you head will move back.
