Excellent video 👍 I love that you picked and pitted your own cherries 🍒. I did a cherry 🍒 pie 🥧 video a little over a year ago where I showed as well picking cherries in a friends orchard. I see you have the classic sour cherries. I live on the west coast, do we have the bings and many other sweet cherries. I make cherry pies & cobblers with them, however I still love the canned cherry pie filling which is made from sour cherries. They are the only canned pie filling I like. I love your old fashioned style of making this. I also just subscribed and will watch some of your other videos.
