The brain is on an auto pilot of judgment, self reflection is key, I do think that point is pertinent as in when one judge's another it activates that within ones self like a boomerang, the solution is seeing divinity in all and never minimising or elevating another human being. Thanks again for sharing such powerful content!

Hey I have been binge watching a lot of your videos and I really love them! I am just curious what resources do you use to learn about the stuff you say in your videos?

Thank you for your support🤗. This is a lot of accumulated knowledge over the years and based on my own insights. But when it comes to law of attraction and the soul/ego I read a lot from Esther&Jerry Hicks, Eckhart Tolle & Deepak Chopra

Do you think this is a matter of just practice and repetition and shifting self talk slowly and consistently over time?
I know the truth of everything you are saying and have known it objectively for a long time, however the self doubt and judgement and fear of others still continues and has been bothering me my whole life. It’s a bit frustrating to know these things but still have all this social anxiety all the time.

Definitely! It takes practice and repetition, awareness often cultivates slowly over time. It’s okay and we all feel anxious at times, but practicing self-love consistently will make it less and less over time. Most important thing is that whatever you feel, there is reverence and compassion towards yourself, and you just kindly try to guide yourself back to self-love practices. But no frustration towards yourself if it doesn’t work, just acceptance and kindness and allowance, because truly it is just the negative self-talk is often what really is between us and feeling confident. Sending my love 🫶🏽
