Love that you spoke on this. I’ve been trying to explain this for a few years now. I realized that the 80s and 90s movements for feminine power was not properly balanced and it certainly started to only excacorbate issues between men and woman and now they are much worse. Women hating men for embodying naturally what they are trying to achieve even though it’s not in alignment with them as woman. and men resenting women for not being more feminine. I pray our world can find that balance!

Love that you link masculine energy to survival and feminine energy to creativity. THANK YOU! No one ever puts it this way they just frame it as Active/Passive and nothing more which because of our worldview is even harmful because it puts down the feminine (we view and judge "passive" as "negative", useless, lazy). In fact feminine energy is MORE active just not through directly taking action, which is a paradox. But really it is about Survival/Creativity and I have always thought so. Also, the Survival/Creativity dichotomy explains a lot more why society needs the feminine and why the feminine is essential, rather than just the Active/Passive polarity.

I personally believe there should be a balance between feminine and masculine energy. Men constantly chasing is also needy and a red flag imo. Because you are not being receptive about the woman and what she wants or feels. So a man while in initial stages needs to be assertive and chase, however if the woman is not being receptive due to her own issues or not constantly respond back, I do think she will need to initiate it again rather than passively

A few thoughts on this: following this logic that The Masculine is Earth, and The Feminine is Spirit, does that imply a connection that once you have mastered your survival and other earthly things, you are ready to elevate in the realms of Spirit, which is labeled as Feminine?
In that sense, spirituality is strictly feminine energy. And as we know, spirituality is a lot higher than survival. I am a spiritual man that is grounded and recently operates on Taoist principles of letting things be natural and sometimes follow the Flow. Then, according to your depiction of this F/M energies, I am more close to the Feminine energy.
I find that this way of living and surrender to the present moment and natural course of things, brings me real inner peace and bliss. I also tend to radiate warmth and kind understanding towards everyone, because I know that in their essence, they are pure. Why is this point of view labeled as "Feminine", and why it feels wrong to apply this label to my being? I wonder if it's just my ego that is shaken by this.

Very well explained. I've recently wondered if a reverse energy relationship works. I think it can. I'd just like to add on that this applies to chakras in the body as well. The chakras in the body are split in masculine and feminine. Root to 3rd eye. The crown is the point of mergeance which is why it's androgynously defined. I.e the union point of both masculine and feminine energy.

I wanted to add that in the modern world there's a material/political need for women to embody their masculine energy in order to thrive and get on top, so, I would say that the feminist movement ideally should allow woman that are on masculine and feminine energy as well. For our safety, for representation in health, we need those women on top to deal with our survival needs in which there's no man caring for our periods, for our maternal licenses and other stuff. Besides that, I'd like to say that there's a discussion of class and trauma related to this topic too, me being a woman that survived from childhood trauma and somewhat poverty, there was a need for me to develop a masculine energy to survive - this is also a link with you other video when you talk about dissociation, maybe its our energy cracking without balance -. So in the beginning it almost sounds like a privilege to develop your feminine energy - only when you already have money and a safe environment. This can be a problem with manifestation also, maybe the fact that you are tuned in your masculine energy makes you think you can't receive anything from doing "nothing". So yeah, maybe to manifest is to tune with your feminine energy

You're intelligent, have a good level of knowledge and explain these concepts well. But I have to disagree with you on the cold approaching part at the end. Women are way too passive so you shouldn't be encouraging them to be like this. This leads to undesirable outcomes such as men overpursuing them, men being overly creepy, men being incels or men simply giving up altogether (we're all creating something in the aggregate). I agree that as men we're expected to approach women, but a lot of men feel that the onus is on them to do literally everything. It might well be a man's job to approach a woman but it's a woman's job to flirt with a man, to facilitate things (be smiley, friendly and approachable) and to meet him halfway. If a western woman is not in her feminine frame, if she's completely detached from her feminine core then no romance will be occurring and she'll be driving men away from her. Even if a woman cold approached me I wouldn't think she was too dominant or too assertive at all, actually I would welcome it because I'd appreciate the fact that she was making an effort. For a woman, having little to no feminine energy + never being proactive enough to talk to guys (in a modest, subtle, feminine way) = a recipe for disaster.
