So nice to have an internet,,, 40 years ago. ///////Take your druvg and live with it ,I never bought into thàt,,,,as a young person with very uninformed family,there wasn't a lot of options! psychosis can be really isolating...And it is really hard to talk about it with most people because they typically will never understand our perspective because they can't. It definitely makes it hard on relationships and having normal relationships after we are out of psychosis. But we should still try for those relationships because the "normal" relationships can help keep us from relapsing back into psychosis. Great topic and keep sharing. You sharing your experiences make it easier for others to share theirs. So thank you.
Yes, I think the normal relationships absolutely help to prevent relapses. Without my loved ones I would never know I was going psychotic, or have the support to take care of myself.
Well I relate in the seeming fact that I try to explain myself and no one quite gets it. I’m always on the outside. Though when people care it’s like a god send. I don’t know if it’s myself wanting to be different or if it’s actually that I am different. I didn’t have a bad childhood. But I have a low feeling in me that when I try to repress it people see me as that (apart from the people who TRULY believe in me) but I know I’m here for a good reason. I don’t do much nowadays but I must be here to be a positive change. I try not to believe otherwise

A recent girlfriend who I've been with on and off for around 5 yrs exhibited symptoms of psychosis. To summarize, she'd have extreme emotional outbursts and frequently say that she was being followed and that her phone was bugged. Sometimes she'd text me things that were word salad stuff I couldn't make sense of, and it would be out of nowhere. I wondered if she had some combination of bpd, autism, schizoaffective disorder? Maybe some or all of that. It's still a huge mystery. Tried getting her to see a psychiatrist.
I hope she gets help! You know, that is not an uncommon combination. I actually know a few people who have a couple of those or even all three at once. It makes sense to me that they’d be comorbid. Oh gosh I could go on & on about that, but yeah you’re probably on to something & I really hope she gets help.
There's a lot of that going on and it goes beyond just a mental illness label. When it's really bad it's called targeted individuals and gangstalking. I thought I was alone too like she said in the video in the beginning. It is so many people. Edit: at the risk of sounding insane if she thinks people are following her or anything like that odds are they aren't but people will be set up to walk behind her or say certain things around her. Some is in her mind directly but some is other people being controlled.

I am clairvoyant. But then I have not predicted much recently. We are all prophets. And you don't need to believe in the supernatural to know that.
