Lyrics:
Came in from a rainy Thursday on the avenue
Thought I heard you talking softly
I turned on the lights, the TV, and the radio
Still I can't escape the ghost of you
What has happened to it all?
Crazy someone say
Where is the life that I recognize?
Gone away
But I won't cry for yesterday
There's an ordinary world
Somehow I have to find
And as I try to make my way
To the ordinary world
I will learn to survive
Passion or coincidence once prompted you to say
"Pride will tear us both apart"
Well now prides gone out the window
Cross the rooftops, run away
Left me in the vacuum of my heart
What is happening to me?
Crazy someone say
Where is my friend when I need you most?
Gone away
But I won't cry for yesterday
There's an ordinary world
Somehow I have to find
And as I try to make my way
To the ordinary world
I will learn to survive
Papers in the roadside tell of suffering and greed
Fear today, forgot tomorrow
Besides the news of holy war and holy need
Ours is just a little sorrowed talk
And I don't cry for yesterday
There's an ordinary world
Somehow I have to find
And as I try to make my way
To the ordinary world
I will learn to survive
Every world is my world
(I will learn to survive)
Any world is my world
(I will learn to survive)
Any world is my world - เพลง
I found my poor sweet big brother dead in his bed on 7/30/20. That was the most devastating day of my life. I don’t remember the first few days after. But the Sunday after I put on my brave face and went to clean out his room and get it ready to be emptied. For some reason the moment I opened his door this song came into my head. I hadn’t thought about or heard it in literal years but there it was strong and clear every note and lyric. I burst into tears with the perfection of how exactly it captured what I’m going through. Thanks Duran Duran. My brother loved this song when we were teens. We both did.
Sorry for your loss!
Sorry for your loss. Much love.
Very sorry for your loss
Sorry for what happened to your brother. For your loss. He will continue loving you even if he's now in another dimension. Love love.❤️
Hello my friend I’m so sorry to hear of your loss, This song is actually about Simon Le Bon‘s friend David Mills who passed away in 1986, it is an absolute fantastic song,You are not on your own i to have lost a brother and a sister, sadly through suicide, they say time is a healer, but it’s not, Time accommodates,I am sending you my love and deepest warmest thoughts of sympathy to you stay strong and be brave 🌹🏴
My husband passed away suddenly last week. 12/22/22. My heart is broken and this song has been on repeat at my house. Except for me it’s while I cry for yesterday. Thank you Duran Duran.
This (divinely-inspired) music will help you focus on loss; but when the time comes it will help you to move on from loss as well.
God console you, and be with you, my friend!
May RIP and God cure your wounds, sorry for your lost.
Hang in.
He's still with you.
🙏🙏🙏😭😭😭
I’m 55 years old. And this song still sounds great. They don’t do tunes like this anymore! This could be my theme song 🎵 😢❤💔🙏🏽

I am from Brazil. I love this music 😢😢
This song represents a wonderful era, which no longer exists. Everything has changed, everything is different.
Beautiful memories are destined to be lost over time.
A wise man once said...when you are happy, you enjoy the melody but when you are broken, you understand the lyrics...amazing song.
Waouh nice quote. Will remember it. It’s true.
😢 yes indeed. I am a widower...
Wow ! That's amazing . Thankyou for sharing that info.
POWERFUL!
I’ve never heard that before. Are you sure that you’re not that wise man? I don’t usually comment on TH-cam videos, but, what you said was actually insightful.
In my opinion this is the best song Duran Duran ever did.
For me this, hungry like a wolf 🐺 and white lines
Come undone... There's an argument right here
I agree totally!!
@John Fisher quite well said-
I'm always torn between this and Come Undone as their masterpiece- both are probably in the top 10 of best pop songs ever made. Both of these songs were 40 years ahead of their time
It's a shame the 80s died. I miss those days now more than ever. Things just aren't the way they used to be.
It makes me sad that not everyone got to grow up like we did!
this a 90s song though :)
Yes but thanks to the wonders of Technology, you get to asscees an awful lot from The 1980's. Your Great Grant Parents weren't so lucky.
The song encourages us NOT to cry for yesterday. I have known for years the beaut of this song; but I only saw the joy in it once I was Born Again in Jesus, through the Holy Spirit (the co-author of thus divine work of art). For me this song is now about now and today. Including the moment of writing to you, which has its value and meaning, done in love and truth....
Visit the 80s daily with some quality headphones, then try your best to live the rest of your day in the now. Godspeed brother.
Among the 10 best hits from the 90s, an absolute masterpiece in every way you look at it.
I hope i can agree that there are 9 more beautiful songs like this one from that era. Curious about yours ( 1 or 2 is fine!)
100%.
The vocals, arrangement, instrumentation, and not forcing the song length to fit the artistry rather than a 2 minute 45 seconds ideal length for AM radio.
Never tire of this song.
@@user-df4dm1mf3ttheres dozens of 90s masterpieces songs " one head light" wallflowers, " " lucky man", " bitter sweet symphony" The verbe, "side" Travis, etc etc
could you please list it here? would love to hear the other 9 masterpiece

Yes it does
I was 31 years of age when this song came out, and the same year my wife died. . . . "Where is my friend when I need you most" . . . I thought they wrote this song for me. . . . . . I had to learn to survive! Thank you Duran Duran.
This song helped me grieve my mother in 1992. I can relate.
Bless you. So sorry for your loss.I don't think you ever get over losing a loved one, you just learn to 'cope' day by day!
@@stephaniem5091 . . .thank you. No you don't get over, just thru it. . . but the loss is always with you. Wonderful memories today, about the beautiful person that she was. I only wish her son/my son had the time to spend with her. Today he is 31 . . . . the same age I was when she passed. I guess in a selfish way, when she passed I just wanted the world to stop, if only for a second. Looking back, the world has changed so much. And in my own grief, I've been able to take care of others with strength and understanding of how painful life can often be. Again thank you. . .today I am blessed. ✝️
I’m liking this comment because it brought tears too my eyes to read & I agree with you on feeling like it was wrote for you, because I feel it was wrote for me too during a time in my life. Bless you & everyone that goes through pain. Please remember that we have these songs to help us through these times of pain.
Sorry for your loss... hope you are doing well!! Stay strong!👍

Been in rotation for the past few days ❤
I lost 5 family members in 2023. It had a strong presence in my life in 2017 when I lost my brother and does even more so now. ❤
Just discovered this song this year. I have this on repeat while I'm drawing 🤟
I was listening the top lists 1985 to 2023, guess which song was the best by far?
Thanks to Top Of The Pops on BBC Iplayer ❤
Duran Duran have an amazing back catalogue but this in my opinion is their best song ever. Magnificent
Amen
When you hear a song it triggers your memory when you first heard it where you were the feelings that you had at the time the people that were with you
❤❤😅
I am amazed about that clear shift from 80s to 90s sound. And Duran Duran were a very 80s band and this sounds very comfortably 90s.
For sure. Probably my favorite song of all time
I picked out this song to be played at my dads funeral this past week, it felt appropriate. I’ll always remember the great memories we shared together. I’ll miss you dad! 😢
I'm sorry for your loss. I love that you are focused on the great memories you've shared! You WILL see him again, I promise.
Wishing much love and peace brother
You did a great job picking this song, your very in tuned to your spiritual sense. Your Dad was proud of you.

If I were your dad, I'd be proud that this was the song you picked. It's an extremely meaningful one and a beautiful choice. I'm sorry for your loss, and I hope you find some semblance of comfort in the fact that others see the beauty in your choice.

Pure, pure fire. This song hits like a tidal wave.
Right before my wife passed away, she made me promise her that I would move on and find happiness again. During the rough years of grieving this song served as a reminder of a promise I made to someone who I love dearly to this day. That was many years ago. Today I have a loving wife and twins in high school. This song now serves as a reminder of a promise kept. This song still makes me cry.
I agree
My wife passed and I also have twins in high school. Every day I wish she was here.
My wife died in December of '22. Your comment brought tears.
Over the past 40 years many of my friends and family have past away, too many, and the wounds do not heel, but from this sorrow, there is joy, in the bright light of hope, the joy of love I have from our Grand children, they are our world now
Wow, brought me to tears!!! She must have been a beautiful lady inside and out. So happy to here you fulfilled your promise. Very special!!!
Quite simply,Duran Duran's finest song....almost 30 years later,this stops me in my tracks! A masterpiece 🙏
Yep! totally agree
Hi I recommend a song and video called 'Looking Into The Mirror' By Robert Nix
You nailed it with this comment!
Agree Joe… Just heard this song now for the 1st time in a LONG TIME….. LOW KEY, This song is an absolute classic and highly underrated IMO and RIGHT NOW is my fav. Duran Duran (and Duran Duran has ALOT of great songs)…..
A great song but they had bigger hits like reflex, is there something I should know and hungry like the wolf, though this is the most soul wrenching song they did.
Anyone in 2024!❤

Still a die hard fan.

I'm in my last year of sixth form and will be going to university in september. I'd been a target for bullying by one person for the first 5 years of secondary school until they finished compulsory schooling. It was a really painful and dark 5 years and my teenage years felt almost wasted because of what I had to go through every day. I was miserable and didn't see much of a future ahead. The loneliness of the pandemic also contributed to my feeling helpless.
Hearing this song shortly after finishing Year 11 meant a lot to me though. I've listened to it a lot in the 2 years since I first heard it because it gives me a sense of closure knowing that all of the suffering is over and that I will get a fresh start in another part of the UK and an opportunity to have a more fulfilling life exploring and studying a subject I love. I can't thank Duran Duran enough for being my favourite band in the world and making me feel so much happier listening to them. This song really is a healer
Hope ur ok now..
There's always going to be those people who spend their lives trying to make others lives miserable. You've made it this far because you're stronger than those people. When you get out of school, non of those people matter, they'll fade into the past, so don't let them effect your life. Make the best of your time now and make your own future. Best wishes to you.
@@W45Jasper Your comment really means a lot to me, I'm very excited for what the future holds. Thank you so much!
28 years later, and I'm still listening to this amazing song! I came home from my Dad's funeral in 1993, turned on the TV... And this video came on 😢 I was 16 and a half.. prophetic words I thought to myself 💪🏻

Message I get from this song: Don't cry for yesterday because yesterday is gone. All we can do is make the best out of what we have. It may not be okay now, but it will be.

Lo mejor. De lo. Mejor. De duran duran desde Bolivia...
Undoubtedly, the best work from Duran Duran..., I found most their songs to be too 'top 40 pop', back in the day... but this song will reach 'anyone' that ever wants to really listen - best lyrics, best vocals, best melody, best story, best video, best guitar, etc... everyone has a story, like how my love left me to marry another, after 20 years... in the vacuum of my heart... Opus Magnum, Simon Le Bon...
I graduated high school in 1983 and I can't believe how fast time goes and I always listen to Duran Duran if I want to go back in time in my memories, those days are gone but not forgotten.
Do not worry everything will be alright. From Ukraine...
My god, where has this music gone? this is pure magic.
It`s here but you just need to know where to look.
This music is still here. For all of us. Peace

This song was written in the sadness, and grief of the loss of his best friend. I feel this for the losses of my best friend and my daughter.

I am so sorry for your losses. Your new normal is never gonna feel normal...it is one you only adjust to on different levels as you go through life... learning to survive trying to make your way to an ordinary world.💜
Memories are precious. She is in your heart. Keep her their. Your new ' ordinary world' won't ever be the same. It stays with through out your life, until the end. Your new normal. Keep the love, and her, in your heart, ALWAYS. Keep the love. She will always be there for you in your heart, your ' ordinary life. Everyone has their ordinary life of loss, of love. God bless you, love & hugs. Keep going. Hang in there. I've lost SO many. I can't even begin,,so I don't,,, 🤗💔❣️

I’m an 80’s boy - I played this song at my wife’s funeral this past March - I listen to this song to remind me that I need to keep going, keep navigating through the pain and get back to an ordinary world - so yes I’m still listening
I've never been a fan of Duran Duran, but this song is simply a masterpiece in every way and I love it more and more as the years go by.

I agree. They were one of the best bands of the early to mid 80s. They were considered a bunch of pretty boys but they were also good musicians and songwriters. This was one of their more mature sounding songs but it's still very much them. To me the best pop music was late 70s to early 90s because that's the era I was listening to these as a child and right up until my early 20s so it resonates with me. There's a sadness to this song that is almost like me kissing goodbye to my youth back in 93 from one of my favourite bands of the era.
One of the sweetest people I ever knew died a few years before this came out. It fit so well with what I was thinking and feeling then. Thank you, Duran Duran for echoing what so many of your fans have felt.
Thank you Holy Spirit - who inspired the song and is with it and from it, who knows and is love and truth.
The song offers love and truth, and with the Holy Spirit human genius reaches higher to see, and help others see.

Music that speaks to the soul
I’m 34. I always thought of Duran Duran as an ‘80s band, and then this came up on the ‘90s station, on satellite radio. I was like… This is Duran Duran?! It sounds so different from their earlier material. They sold me with this song. This song always puts me into a deep state of thought and reflection. Absolutely beautiful song. Kudos Duran Duran!
Believe me Winton, I was blind but now I see that a bit of the kudos here goes to the Holy Spirit, who both inspired and resides in this music, spreading out to us the mystery of God's love and mercy pervading the universe. Maybe you know instinctively that this is the truth about this music - how else can it be eternal in the way it is? How else can it transcend" How else can it make us feel ecstasy out of melancholy?
In the '90s i hated this song. I hated every song from the radiocharts. Now I'm in my '40s and I love the song.
by the way whats wrong with any 80s band? LOL!

This song reminds me of my parents when they were alive. Yes....sometimes I prefer to live in the past. I have no family now..... so my memories give me comfort. That is really all we have left sometimes.

Those of us who grew up in the 60, 70, 80’s , we were blessed with the most incredible Music. I hear these songs and I know every word! It was an amazing wonderful time for Music. Of course anytime is a great time for music.
But we did seem to have the BEST ARTISTS EVER!
Grew up on this music and still love it and listening today. Do like modern music but don’t think there are classic tunes like this one or those produced by other great artists of the time eg. Tears for Fears, Depeche Mode, Spandau Ballet, Simple Minds, A-Ha, Inxs etc

Came in from a rainy Thursday on the avenue

Where is the life that I recognize?
Gone away
But I won't cry for yesterday
There's an ordinary world
Somehow I have to find
And as I try to make my way
To the ordinary world
I will learn to survive

Once prompted you to say
"Pride will tear us both apart"
Well, now pride's gone out the window
Cross the rooftops
Run away
Left me in the vacuum of my heart
What is happening to me?
Crazy, some'd say
Where is my friend when I need you most?
Gone away
But I won't cry for yesterday
There's an ordinary world
Somehow I have to find
And as I try to make my way
To the ordinary world
I will learn to survive
Papers in the roadside
Tell of suffering and greed
Fear today, forgot tomorrow
Ooh, here besides the news
Of holy war and holy need
Ours is just a little sorrowed talk
And I don't cry for yesterday
There's an ordinary world
Somehow I have to find
And as I try to make my way
To the ordinary world
I will learn to survive
Every world
Is my world
(I will learn to survive)
Any world
Is my world
(I will learn to survive)
Any world
Is my world
How sweet of you ❤️
Thanks 👍
Hi I recommend checking out a song called 'Looking Into The Mirror' By Robert Nix
Thank for adding this!
More TRUE..... always
It never ceases to amaze me how tasteful and complex Nick Rhodes' keyboard parts are. He's a sublime craftsman. 😊
I think so too, a genius
듀란듀란을 좋아합니다 이노래는 환상적이예요 50이되어 들어서도 너무좋은음악
This song comes on about at work and it was stuck in my head but I never really “heard” it until now. Comments are heart wrenching. Man life can be sad sometimes but also beautiful if you can just sit with it for a while.
“Where is the life that I recognize, gone away”. Couldn’t be truer right now.
If U believe in almighty God, I HUMBLY suggest, say a pray, for at least yourself !!
DAVID GEERLING those lyrics too?
@@larrygarcia6356 Yeah, Yeah...They fit perfectly my brother...Nice comparison about the lyics and covid19...That's Y I HUMBLY suggested U to pray:):) Good stuff !! Peace !!
This song was released in the Spring of 1993, lyrics couldn't be more in tune to the times we're living in today. It seems like living in two diametrically opposed realities but we're not, this is real, this is the ordinary world.
👍
One of the most beautiful song ever written.....'till the end of time.....oh warren great solo!!!!!
@Bruce Wayne fuck Donald Trump
@charles wake Or "The Promise" by Arcadia ;)
I'm going to be 60 in May, and this still is the jam that keeps on going!
Absolutely beautiful song.
A masterpiece, outstanding lyrics & melody.
yeah! en El corazon, siempre
Yeah. Now it's just 24/7 autotune sing-the-same-note-over-and-over-again-in-a-wimpy-emo-voice crap.
A Legend???????
Best pop song of the 90s!
Such a powerful song. The chorus has me thinking of how we all transition out of our youth and into true adulthood. We all have our struggles, but we find our way in the end.
couldn't believe this was released 30 years ago!
Yes the second half of the chorus symbolises my place in life right now although the last line '...I Will learn to survive' would be converted to a past participle rewording in my case today
My beloved mate passed away in my arms 11-29-2023 5:45, falling silent. I'm destitute now as well. I have no ordinary world any more. But it's a glorious song I'd remembered from long ago.Thank you.

Eu tenho 53 anos. Concordo plenamente.
The moment you create a work of art like this, you become immortal.
Goddamn right!
For sure...
immortal to me too
I totally agree
Perfect!
This song reminds me of my times in the 90’s spent with my father who is no longer with us. Miss him loads but the song brings him back. Truly outstanding.
Hi I recommend a song called 'Looking Into The Mirror' By Robert Nix
My pops is gone too
Yes my uncle would listen to this as I watched himself destruct , after losing his family I used to wonder why he liked this as I was into hard rap ,now I understand ,RIP uncle Paul ,he also liked come undone
My father passed too in 1990 and this song help me through the loss...miss him
The ordinary days are unfortunately long good, I now cry for days long gone
Какая прекрасная музыка. Вспомнил молодость прям бальзам на душу.
"Where is my friend when I need you most" - that lyric always hits me right in the heart!
i cant escape the ghost of you
@mattcorbin5194
Is this song about a friend who died? I'm getting those kind of vibes
@@MetalFriscoDude79 You're right! I just Googled and found this:
The origins of "Ordinary World" were the results of tragedy: the death of singer Simon Le Bon's good friend, David Miles, of a drug overdose in 1986. “I'm not a big believer in the supernatural, but six years after [my friend's death], I started to feel a weight inside me," Le Bon told Paste in 2017.
Got me unblocking
I ask that question every day
This song is so melancholic that it’s romantic. I can recognize the pain behind the lyrics but it really speaks to me like a love song
I think it's about someone's death?
@@pup1008 It is. It's a song of loss.
The singer has lost someone, someone who was a huge part of their life, and that loss has completely turned their lives upside down.
They're struggling to move on, to reach the 'ordinary world', that is, a sense of the normality they had before the loss, and 'learning to survive', that is, figure out how to continue their life without that person in it, but they're not ready yet. They're still grieving, as much as they recognize 'they've somehow got to find' the way back to that 'ordinary world', they can't.
@@GuukanKitsune
The lyric to "Ordinary World" were written by Simon Le Bon as the second of a trilogy of songs for his late friend David Mile.
@@GuukanKitsune i ihad no idea with the original release in the 90s that the song was about grief and loss but now all these years later after the recent passing of my father i relate to the lyrics of trying to deal with grief and the process of loss
Yes
One of my favorite songs and videos of the last 120 years
This is an early '90s masterpiece that keeps on giving. Warren Cuccurullo's guitar work is transporting.
I agree with the person who said that this is the best song that Duran Duran ever performed.
Zach
I also do agree with you. This is really a masterpiece. Work of art
Same
Same. In fact when I first heard it, I thought, which band is this?
Come Undone
What a masterpiece !
The wedding album
Can't wait for a turn
I CAN'T WAIT TO MEET THIS LEAD SINGER IN PERSON, SIMON LEBON HE'S SUCH A SOPHISTICATED YOUNGER MAN I SURE LIKE TO DATE HIM.
One of the most personal, relatable, resonant songs ever created.
Cada banda tiene un Tema especial y Duran Duran tiene en esta canción un maravilloso tema. Inmortal.
I was 30 when this song came out. I'm 60 now and still love it. Hard to believe the bulk of my lifetime to date has gone by in the blink of an eye.
Thought it’s more recent than 30 years. Could be wrong
It's like that for all of us. The older we get the quicker time goes
I think is more recent

It's amazing how a man of a different nationality and from a different continent, with an entirely different lifestyle and life experiences and worldview and character can perfectly encapsulate how you've been feeling for months. Put in to words thoughts that you yourself couldn't. Felt like this was coming out of my own soul while I was listening to it.
well said.
I do not know what word you have for the Holy Spirit - but that is who is at work here. Sad and nostalgic and happy and ecstatic are all the same to Him, as all come from love, and God is love...
That's why they were a special band.
Ive enjoyed this song for a long time. It hits deeper as I've experienced loss, myself. When I listen to it, I always listen twice, sometimes three times in a row. Just an amazing song!
The Wedding Album is simply irresistable!
My wife of 22 years has spent the last month in intensive care battling a serious and life threatening illness! I’m lost without her, this song about loss, hope and the need to carry on resonates with me more than ever at this moment in time. I’m confident she will recover but for now the person I needed the most to get me through tough situations isn’t here and that’s the hardest thing I’ve ever had to deal with.
What illness does she have and which country are you from?
@@prettyhatemachine8887 I am from England, she was diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disorder called Guillian barre. It is treatable and she is improving day by day. But in its acute phase it’s a very scary condition and paralysed her breathing muscles.
@@MrKeefelm I'm glad she's recovering, this disorder is not a walk in the park to put it lightly. Did she take the vaccine? There's actually a big increase in Guillain barre cases this year and it's associated with the COVID mRNA vaccines. In fact, there's an increase in all kinds of autoimmune disorders and other unrelated illnesses such as some types of cancer, blood clot related diseases, certain viral diseases and more, and they all seem to be associated with those vaccines.
@@prettyhatemachine8887 She has autoimmune problems already, under active Thyroid and a potential unconfirmed diagnosis of Rheumatoid Arthritis. She is COVID vaccinated but that was months ago. A doctor has potentially put it down a reaction to the Flu vaccine which for some reason is pretty potent this year. My stance on vaccines hasn’t been altered by this, she’s just been very unlucky as this condition is still pretty rare. (Only around a 1000 people a year in the UK) No vaccine claims to be 100% risk free,. However I guess it would be naive to not take a more cautious approach in future.
May Krishna bless you both!
This song seems quite relevant to the times we are in now. I'm sure we would all love to be back to the ordinary world.
Indeed.
However that "ordinary world" has gone forever & is the reason I started listening to this record at this time.
Humanity is now at a fork in the road.
Do we allow the few to implement their "great reset" or do we say no & choose a different path?
Whichever way it goes that *ordinary world" has gone forever & I for one won't miss it.
I agree with you completely. I find myself listening to this song now , and I loved this song years ago, but now it has such a deeper meaning.
What has been ordinary about all the years since Adam and Eve..... 🤷♂️... Only one world we all have been seriously looking for........ ✝️📖🕊 The few and only questions of all man kind.
I love this song, I’ve been listerning to this song a lot recently
@@kryptofreedommedia1899 I agree! That's the reason I was pulled into listening to this song again after so many years. There's definitely more understanding to this song now.
An absolute gem. I was a young girl when this came out and I loved it then. But now it means more to me as an adult. Perfection.❤
You are 55, I'm 64 and love this song. I was just channel surfing one night and there they were in 2024 on PBS Austin City Limits singing this! The entire audience was on their feet swaying and singing to the music! 80's live forever!
I've heard this song before but I really heard it on that Austin City limits performance you're talking about. I was asleep with the TV on the other night and for some reason I woke up as this song was playing and I've been feeling it strongly ever since.
This song has aged like fine wine.
Well said. I was just thinking the same thing.
Hmm I thought it was more of their more popular recent songs. The other one was Come Undone
harleygal420 and John Taylor got corona
This track always stops me in my tracks to just listen and enjoy.
Yes, it surely has.
You know, I believe that somewhere in the world there are still people who feel the same emotions that I feel when listening to this timeless masterpiece.
I swear I can feel the heartache from another life listening to this song. Beautiful song
Yes agreed 👍
Not 1, not a few, but millions.
But what is TRULY reaching out from the music is GOD, through the Holy Spirit.
The darkness tried to take the song from us, by associating it with "The Evil Within"
(Think that's by chance? Wrong. Nothing is by chance. Things have meaning)
1 John 5:19 - We know that we belong to God, and the whole world is under the power of the evil one.
This is what the song is all about, and the "emotions" actually ready to explode in countless people are the sure knowledge that the world is NOT as it should be, not just enough, not divine enough, not kind enough, not sacrificing enough; too much in the hands of godless elites presiding over the chaos that is ALWAYS the hallmark of the D*v*l.
Loving money and power and the monolith that keeps most of us down and out.
Something new, more ORDINARY, has to break out from this - like a new butterfly from the chrysalis.
ordinary truth (instead of the endless lies and fakery), ordinary love, ordinary mercy.
ordinary compassion.
Just what Jesus means.
Just what the Holy Spirit works endlessly for - giving us signs in nature, culture (as above), Scripture and rapture.
When the rapture comes it will be too late for many.
So the time is now, stefano!
@@JustAlanIsCool Interesting, so you do not feel the ecstatic JOY in the song?
Before I did not, but now I DO.
