I enjoyed your pattern hauls. I retired last year as well and was rethinking my daily attire; other than yoga pants and sweats. Great selection I liked them all, especially the vogue pattern.
Hi Cynthia. Congratulations on your retirement…it’s a great life. 😍. The wardrobe needs definitely changed. I’m excited about making a few new things! Thanks for tuning in. Take care!
The last pattern, the jacket had a pocket on center back, I believe it is so it could be folded into a tidy little package for easy storage. Would be great in a polyester like boardshort fabric, great little summer windbreaker.
Great content! What I don't understand is why you don't have more followers? Thank you for sharing your haul. I live in ontario and I'm heading to Watertown this weekend, the Joanne store will be my first stop.😊
Waden!!! 😊😊😊. Thank you! I appreeeeeeeciate you! This means a lot. Interestingly enough I am in the process of editing a video. Such a timely comment my friend. Thanks for checking in! Take care!
Such a fun video! Added a couple patterns to my to-buy list: Butterick 6859 and McCall's 7740. I love your vest and wondering if you made it? If so, could you share the pattern?
I am also totally into comfortable, but cute clothing. I call it elevated comfy. As a stay-at-home mom my lifestyle simply doesn't call for a glam wardrobe (though I love fancy, tailored clothing). Butterick 8659 View C I just made 2 times in lightweight sweater material. Because of the gathering on the raglan sleeves, the fabric can't be too thick. They turned out fantastic. I look forward to seeing your makes.
“Elevated comfy”. I LOVE it! Oh yes. I want to get to that one soon. Thanks for the fabric advice. I may copy you and use a lightweight sweater material. 🤓 I too want fantastic! 😊. Thanks for watching and sharing!
I love version a as well. Navy and pale yellow color block

Hi Cynthia. Oooooh. I hadn’t notice that. Good eye! I may have to move that one up on the list. 😜

Are all of the UFOs from 2021 and 2022 completed? Just wondering.
Hey Waden! 😊. Not ALL but I’m getting there. Keep me accountable. I know you will. 😎

Why thank you Kendra. 😊 Glad I could help add some fuel to your pattern collection 😂. Kohls. I'm wearing a vest I purchase at Kohl's.

@@VirginiasDaughterSews Hatchi knit, that is the lightweight sweater material I made my sweaters out of. I couldn't come up with the word before. :)
Glad you thought of it. Thanks!
