I just block them and see them as losers that don’t really have a life or they’re not happy in their life. I’ve gotten better at handling haters. Just don’t respond to them because they obviously want your attention. Bullies and haters don’t like to be ignored. I’m almost 25 and I’m still learning this.

the irony is ur allowing others to bring your own energy down and react the way you do to deal with their actions & behaviour. as they say "anger is the punishment you give yourself for anothers behavior!"

There is NOTHING to understand when you tell a person to go away and they CONTINUE to PURSUE after you told them not interested that's a red flag indicating they are not respectful.... no matter what kind of environment we grew up in, it's not a excuse for bad behavior.... NO ONE HAS TO TOLERATE BAD BEHAVIOR

Facing the trolls head on sometimes works if they are over compensating for a much smaller building. Throwing positivity to them instead of attacking in kind also sometimes results in positive outcome. Sometimes, a troll is trolling for entertainment, those are the ones which should only be starved with ignoring, even sometimes blocking. Blocking will only eliminate one troll out of many more, yet, it feels better to have recourse. Sending blessings to them is best, one never knows what circumstance others are dealing with.

Brenda B true but other times forgiving someone is another way for people to see you as being weak... or passive. and people nowadays take advantage of people like that... im an example of that..

I like listening to YOU so, SO, much, that I wish I could have a 40 inch flat tv on my big wall, playing YOUR random, short video motivational speeches, at the push of a button (like the button, I use, to turn on my first light, in the dark {my daughter bot it for me as a motivational device; thats another good story, for another time} & I like it!!!!). It would be like grabbing a healthy snack from the fridge, when im tired. Your voice holds my attention, your articulate words flow out easily, and I drink them in, like I'm drinking a yummy smoothie, which makes your message EASIER to retain... (and want more). And want to TRY it, right away.
I think you are a POSITIVE aspect in our scary world.
I wish you could be MY DAD!! or my BEST FRIEND. Or My husband!!! But, I will envision "that life" and "play both the parts" :-》
THANK YOU, very much, Peter Sage, for giving this free gift!!!

Maylene Mcdonald a lot has to do that many people today think perception = reality.. therefore if someone thinks something negative about someone that they think to be true about someome when its not.. theyll take that as the absolute truth... its pitiful we live in that kind of world.. where we are forced and subjected by peoples opinions of us.. we feel like other people define us. cause they are insistent about putting people down.. but never once do they really understand.. i think people put a block in front of them to protect themselves, even the cleverist of us... and sometimes those people who are the cleverist are also the ones who are inside the most miserable because rhey are always trying to prove themselves..

@@TheRealPeterSage I truly don't think if anyone is a normal functional human being he/she would need to heed to what anyone says about him/her negatively, even if we are accustomed to be affected by negative words or criticism those stuffs are not exactly neither directing you what needs to be done or clarifying if you are doing something wrong that can be corrected ,it's just a projection of their own insecurities, generally people hates other people's perseverance specially when they try a couple of things which they themselves couldn't even have the courage to try

Funny thing I keep thinking about watching these is I can agree and disagree with some things mainly cause I can watch this and say yeah see they are haters and that same person can watch this same video and say yeah see he is a hater both of us thinks the other is a hater and that they're right so who's right? Is anybody right? Like a previous video I was watching saying signs you're dealing with a hater first one he said was if the person is indifferent to you but are welcoming to others that means they're hating you for some reason. Later he said if you hear a person lying about you like you said dont try to change them he said to not deal with them at all. I started thinking though on their side of the story maybe they're doing the same thing as you. Maybe they heard you say something they didn't agree with or thought was a lie so they're like I'm not dealing with them so if you say hi to them they act in your eyes indifferent to you others they dont think lied about them they welcomed which then makes you think ok they're hating me for some reason they're a hater I'm not dealing with them while at same time they thinking same about you. Am I making this too complex lol? I keep wanting to take your advice about ignore the haters dont care what people say etc like a lot if these videos say but for some reason I cant. I value all their opinions I guess to much. I dont know why. I don't have problems with myself or where I'm at in life so I'm not saying or listening to anything thinking yeah I hate myself so they're right or something I hate about myself I'm projecting on anybody else. I'm fine with me it just seems like this labeling hey if you're saying something I'm going to call you a hater but I can do the exact same thing even saying word for word what you said but nope I'm not a hater. I'm like what's the difference? You both are doing the same things lol. Am I making sense lol

  • @arrelgates9361
    @arrelgates9361 8 ปีที่แล้ว +2

Peter, I have main question. Do you recommend people to ignore what's happening around them and just try to build their own life around current system? Close the eyes before massive control of people throughout various mechanisms like social engineering and exposing of our primal desires. I was keen to ask you what's your take on this? I think it's quite obvious that we have sick and insane people who are on the top. What you think about belief that our consciousness raising and these people who in power will fall anyway and that it's only a process in which we don't need to be caught in. Thanks

p0werl0ve people these days dont deserve forgiveness anyway.. theyll take advantage of you and manipulate you, no matter how rightheous you are, how forgiving you are, how good you are, how patient you are... in fact they might as well just punch someones sainted mother and get away with it... my biggest mistake was showing forgiving for the wrong kind of people (merciless, egotistical, selfish people)..

Haters gonna hate; but what if YOU are the hater? And you’re hatin’ on yourself? You know the drill, telling yourself you’re not good enough, and that “you” screwed up, failed at this, failed at that, and lost people money, and upset people for this or that? Dismissing other peoples judgements is easy, they dont know the full-facts! But "we" do; "we" WERE there and did live through it, and "we" were the ones who made the decisions. Can't escape yourself! On the flip side, if we dismiss the haters as some kind of response to alter our behavior (to tear down our own buildings as it were) then the converse must also apply; that "compliments" are also a judgement without full-knowledge and also a manipulation into some behavior, except these ones "feel good". Should we pander to our feelings?

WE HAVE FOUR WONDERFUL GIRLS BUT YOU NEED NOURISHMENT FROM A PARTNER NOT SABOTAGE! I KNOW THE ANSWER LOL BUT HOPEFULLY WE CAN BE BEST FRIENDS OUT OF CLOSE PROXIMITY TO ONE ANOTHER AS I AM MAKING HIM FEEL WORTHLESS BY JUST DOING AND IT HURTS TO WATCH HIM!!

Sometimes people who think they're positive are actually haters too. For ex., people who undermine or invalidate someone else's problems because they find it easier to blame the victim than to be bothered with someone else's suffering. Then they say that they're positive people so they don't listen to other people's troubles and avoid being around people with troubles but really they're being very negative by blaming people for their problems and not showing any concern.

GuitarGrrrilla they are foolish and egotistical and lazy.. like he said.. perception is often seen as reality.. therefore they protect their own reputation over being bothered with someone...

GuitarGrrrilla they are showing lack of integrity.. lack of concern, emotional intelligence, real awareness.. instead of really understanding other problems, thry project their own self defensive model of reality onto others..

Yes, and it can be extremely harmful--blaming people who have cancer, just as an example, by saying their negative thoughts caused the illness. It's a cruel thing to say about someone who is (along with their family) already suffering from illness and maybe looking for some uplifting and motivational words but instead is blamed for their problems. It's sad 'cause I think some motivational speakers could really help people, but too many of them are focused on making money so they say things that appeal to those who have a lot of money (and want to justify selfish decisions) instead of just saying things that could actually help people--rich and poor alike. Hmm... I don't know if I'm making sense here... BTW, I'm not referring to Peter, just motivational speakers in general: Tony Robbins, et al.

GuitarGrrrilla that makes a lot of sense... it just sucks that thats how the world is today. but we cant control others, only ourselves... with money things always go corrupt... this world today is corrupt... people dont care about others emotions, only their own... people lack emotional intelligence and forgiveness..

GuitarGrrrilla i think its human.. cause we naturally want to avoid pain.. we put barriers in front of us so we dont experience that pain... it makes sense.. but its also wrong
