    Thanks for the powerful words!
Coming from a former US Marine, this is very true. I struggled so much with myself after my four years of service.
Read Letting Go: The Pathway of Surrender by David R. Hawkins late last year and it changed my life.

This isn't a coincidence that almost every time I check TH-cam or Social Media I usually get the advice I need right now in this particular moment, am I correct?!

Surrender, Alowing, Trust, Flow, Non Resistance, Formlessness are all the same as Bruce Lee quotes "Be like water"

Hi Peter! Emmanuel here. I've discovered you and your mentor Dan Pena through London Real Academy. it was a game changer for me (still is)!
Not because I've learned something that I didn't know before, but rather, you guys gave me confidence in what I believe in. I now realize I have been right all along, in wanting to trust my gut feelings, and not the common wisdom.
Your take on "surrender" is something I simply call "faith", as it is something very spiritual; to trust that everything that happens, happens for a reason, and if we react to what happens in a good, positive, constructive and peaceful way, things will eventually turn out alright in the end.
There is clearly some sort of "flow" going on, and I believe your river metaphor is on point. And once you surrender to the flow, I believe things work out.
I understood that, I believe, when I began working on my current company (small retail shop, about to go online and face giants!) And now I can feel success right at my fingertips. I have yet to really reach it financially, but in my heart, when I watch my market and competitors, I know even if I don't have as much cash as they do, I can do a better job, I can reach and help people better, as you say, add value to their lives.
One day, I hope to meet people like Dan and yourself, but until then, know that your message is very important to people like me, because you confirm a gut feeling that many other have, and it feels great to see someone as successful as you, basically affirm the same things as I do, but with the ability to back it through your own achievements.
When all you have is that gut feeling, society, relatives, everyone and everything around usually goes on with "this is not how life is, you need to stop dreaming, get a real job like everyone else".
You don't realize how good it feels to listen to successful people telling you "hey kid, you're on the right track, keep going!"
I owe you guys my life, you may just have helped save it and give me the opportunity to realize my true potential.
    thank you, and
    Much love
    Emmanuel

~The mystery of life isn't a problem to solve
    But a reality to experience.
A process that cannot be understood
    By stopping it.
We must move with the flow of the process.
    We must join it.
    We must flow with it.~

Amazing Peter ....What a way to prove out the spirituality in that language of neuroscience ...So True.
There is a verse in Hindu Mythology GITA saying - "Karmanye Wadhikaraste, Ma faleshu kadachana". Which means just do your part ,and let go the result. Amazing ...It's surrender....

This is what I try to achieve now, learn the habit of letting go of control and trust myself. I had this vision during my firts ayahuasca dose, yes, after the firts dose my lesson began. The wave reperestenting my fears and problems was heading towards me, when the wave was close to me I was ready to fight my fears but when it was just about to hit me a step back to allow the wave to flow and I said to meself; these are not my fears and problems. Since then I' still learning how to apply it in life.

That intelligence is the one true Living God. Don't let whatever bad experiences you're had with organized religion taint that God is real. God, the Divine Intelligence that creates this flow, is not a religion, he transcends it my friends.

great video peter. Agree that we have to accept the moment as it comes through surrender. Needs a bit of awareness though as most people just run the same patterns every moment because of past conditioning

Hold on a minute. Define surrender in terms of the advice you have given upon the importance of resisting the lethargy of the everyday laconic peer groups that most individuals must endure. Every workplace is a battle of wills, unless you have achieved acceptance into an elite team or have resourced the elite team at great exertion. Surrender doesn't work for the everyday world. Driving is a balance of persistence and surrender, relationships, self acceptance and growth, all of it requires a balanced will and an acute sense of judgement. Courage and acceptance are the core messages of every philosophy, not quite simply one side of a coin or theory. Balance is the most powerful word in any language. Like water. Like the dao, as above so below, duality balanced with wits. Surrender has a definitive feminine aspect, without force there can be no true surrender. Force being a masculine aspect. Within all things both are vital be they man, woman, mass, or vacuum. Such is the nature of things.

Interesting concept Peter. I've been banging my head and struggling for a long time now and I feel like giving up because I just don't care anymore. Surrendering is not something I consider doing.. or is it exactly what I need to do?

Hi Peter, I am in the process of improving my ability to surrender because I always used to force. It has been very helpful so far. One thing though, sometimes I catch myself become sloppy and then I start pushing myself to quit being "lazy". What would you advice on maintaining high intensity while surrendering to the current?
