bella g read "Think and Grow Rich" this is a must book that Peter Sage recommends. When you finish it read it again and again and again.
If you feel you are special you'll going to make it with focus, dedication and unstoppable desire to succeed. It's not about money, but contribution!
      Love,
      M xx

I agree with this. Thanks Peter. I am a musical artist and I have realized that my lyrics are getting deeper and becoming of more essence when I meditate in the morning. When I walk, I don't seem to mind how I'm coordinating myself or who is doing what.. There is such a clarity of thought and a focus that is not present when I just wake up and work

These reasons for and facts about meditation were never discussed at the Zen temple that I have frequented for years. Thank you Peter for the fascinating and new information. I always appreciate the scientific take on theses topics, and I am always inspired by your videos. I shared this with more than a few of my overworked and frazzled friends.

Hi Peter, thank you so much for all your videos. I meditate every day. I still remember that when I started I was shocked that a great deal of my self talk was very negative and I wasn't even aware of it. It has helped me immensely and has given a much greater quality of life. I was wondering if you could make a video talking about the relationship of risk taking and protecting the downside (I'm thinking here about Richard Branson while starting Virgin Atlantic, for example). Thanks!

I love your advice Peter! Thank You! I understand it, you have to act in the physical world, but at the same time make sure to connect with your inner world. It's like they say, "Take care of your body and it will take care of you." I haven't meditated yet, but will start right now. I do have a similar experience when I do yoga. It makes you stay so focused on yourself, that you forget about the outer world. And your brain just feels so relaxed and free of all the noise. I am definitely going to try doing meditation. Again Thank You Peter so much!

Hi Peter - I have just finished your latest audio book. I have decided I will not be buying anymore HP Products, I hope you don't mind me not letting go of this one, well, at least for a wee while! In fact, I am sure had it been Trump, he would had Tweeted them into submission! - In you book you talk about the two types of meditation or two different mediation processes I cannot remember the detail but have you got a specific video that covers these two different but necessary techniques

Dave Dougan Great to hear from you my friend! I don’t have a specific video on that but sounds like I should record one. I have the team coming in next week so standby and I’ll put it on the list. Thank you so much for listening to the book, I’m glad people have a chance to understand it from my side. If you go to the bonus section you’re also have all of the appendix ready to download

Hey Peter, just discovered you through a friend's recommendation (your London Real interviews). Could you unpick what you meant in this video when you said we are our 'hopes, dreams, aspirations, sense of humour' etc. Does this not still connote some sort of clinging to a conditioned/material world via the ego and that even hopes and dreams or our personality are actually impermanent, conditioned and impersonal like the physical body? Not to say that we are all robots or that having dreams and aspiration is wrong, I believe quite the opposite in fact: without them, one may be liable to nihilistic tendencies. My guess is your answer may be something along the lines of detachment to the outcome or that maybe the path is the goal and the goal is the path. Just wanted to hear how you reconcile this within your own philosophy as it's something I (and probably most beginner/intermediate meditators) have trouble with because it feels contradictory at times.
